Charon may sell one blood for 1200 gold at the last area shop
fishing at final boss: rare fish (1 ambrosia, trade for blood) or legendary fish (1 blood directly), a perfect catch guarantees one of these

Nyaanyaa's Fishing Guide
There can only be three fake bobs, so the fourth bob is always real if the first three were fake. Fake bobs have an interval of 2-5 seconds while the real bob has an interval of 1-2 seconds. So if it takes more than 2 seconds, it should be a fake bob. Meaning you should look for the real bob within a short time after you start fishing or within a short time after a previous bob.

Personally, I just look for the white flash above the bobber and ignore the bobber itself. Some players have said they have better success when putting their thumb on the bobber to not get distracted by that, so maybe you could give that a try.

A Perfect Catch means catching a fish within 340ms. Perfect Catches are 50/50 on being a legendary or rare fish. Any other catch is 50/50 on being a rare or common fish

but anyhow what I wanted you to know is that there are multiple ways to play each weapon and at the moment you seem to be judging them all based on how you’ve currently used and played them, but I want to offered some other options and ideas that might allow you to enjoy them

spear keeps you far from range in all of the attacks plus boons get you synergy to maximize damage output

unless you got sword with fast movement boons spear is still kinda better

It’s just a very very common thing pretty much every aspect does because it’s the fastest option the weapon has innately

even on special focused builds your dashstrike still typically has a role to play, and vice versa with dashstrike focused builds,

and it does depend on the weapon what you’re going to be using what for and how you build x

rail for example, will do a lot of standing shooting, and dashstrikes are primarily a way to reposition while you’re shooting rather than damage

and your special is there as a big aoe option

and there are a plethora of special hammers but you can only use your special so often so you still build around your strike a fair amount

and there are a ton of “castpects” that build around the cast but still use the innate weapon chassis to a certain degree

You might be able to swap one in with fated authority hut fauthority is so bad

that I wouldn’t recommend using it just for this use case

there’s actually some janky stuff you can do with hermes and hammers in styx with fauthority though

since the miniboss door will respawn, and always needs to be a boon

so you can quickly drain the boons out of the bag and force extra refills because the miniboss characteristic can hit another door and take another boon from the pool

obviously this isn’t really ideal because often you would rather just take the boon and who cares about refilling the bag with a load of extra obols and poms and hearts

The hidden aspect of the sword || changes the standing strike combo to be a much slower, wider, and heavier combo, where the first hit does 60 damage, rhe second does 80, and then the third hit does 200 damage in a much wider arc. The dash strike is wider, and deals 50 damage instead of 30 damage. the special gets bigger, deals 70 damage instead of 50 damage, and leaves behind an aura that gives you damage reduction while within it, and disables all traps in its radius ||

Also you can chain the standing strike combo through dashes, it’s a little weird but it’ll make more sense when you get the aspect

so yeah || like every hidden aspect it’s kind of a full revamp or rework of the weapon ||

I have unlocked all weapons, and beaten a fury with every weapon (ie 6 titan blood) and gotten a few aspects my favorite so far being Zeus shield(2 titan blood leftover). I do have several keepsakes and use coin purse followed by skelly keepsake followed by Cerberus keepsake usually
Progress feels kinda slow at this point(maybe that’s design idk), I generally stop at the same point (unless with the bow which I struggle with) and get a handful of resources. Rinse repeat

-Using a god keepsake of a god not in pool will force the god regardless and add them to the pool.

U can playtest all the aspects on all weapons.
If u go to main menu without leaving a chamber then the game doesnt save any progress on what u did in that chamber. So pick a weapon, test it on skelly, log off without leaving chamber

yeah originally aphro cast has short range but that doesn't matter for hera so its damage is best

but as you increase hera's levels it drops quicker

also hermes' quick reload boon will shorten the bloodstone drop time

artemis' exit wounds also helps in dealing damage

You just go again. Go through the house to the courtyard and you'll find a window you can jump from to start the next run after you select your weapon.

You can find the mirror in Zag's room which you use to upgrade your stats and improve your runs. These are permanent upgrades, the ones you get in the run from the gods/shops are limited only to that run

And you just keep trying to escape

Keep going, unlock weapons, unlock keepsakes (things you get when you give people nectar), beat more enemies, keep dying and repeat the process

any tips on hera aspect bow cause im really struglling

The build is what matters most. Start with Aphrodite's keepsake and take her Cast (Crush Shot). Focus on pomming your cast and nothing else. Try to grab any % attack and possibly a call for some added dmg (dio or zeus). When you see Hermes look for Quick Reload, it'll make casts pop out faster from enemies which will help you in boss fights. Aside from that it comes down to how you use the weapon. You want enemies to die after you shoot your casts so you pick them up and fire again. Try to dash strike. When it comes to hammers look for Twin shot, Triple shot, perfect show, point blank, flurry. Any combination of those should be fine for the most part, flurry is quite difficult to play tho. For the mirror make sure you run Infernal so you have 3 casts and if you have Fiery presence it'll help you one shot enemies easier. Take Chaos gates and look for Shots/Grasps. The rest is practice. Hera is easier on a controller, if you're on kbm try turning off aim at cursor, it's preference but I believe it is generally better.

I guess you could use it that way. Triple and Twin are better than the others so you want one of them first ideally then one of the remaining options, I also forgot to mention explosive, it is also pretty gud but as a second hammer. Sometimes you dont get the right options so you have to make do

Just avoid sniper shot as it blocks Twin shot from showing up

And it's useless, alongside Special related hammers. Your attack is a big chunk of your dmg which is why I said you should dash strike. It's like a rythme

For the first bit just focus on dodging attacks and learning his moves before you try attacking

yeah you're definitely 100% gonna die but that helps you

you can go back to house and meet up with contractor to improve the runs, you can buy fountains for health mid chambers and some really cool stuff

his currency is gem stones

you will find mirror of night in Zag's room that will aid you in specific like giving you more health, more defiance more speed

it's currency is darkness

then you're gonna be unlocking weapons to help you pick your favorites, you will do runs with them to sort out your top picks

it's currency is keys

after you unlock the all the weapons and tried them ||you will have some titan blood stacked up after you killed some bosses

that titan blood will help you upgrade your weapon of choice (people call that aspect here)||

this is the basic stuff for someone who's just starting I believe

There is a higher proportion of boons than any other gold laurel reward but they’re a higher amount for a reason

You’re looking at the wrong version of the weapon

I can tell you off the top of my head the dash-strikes on base bow deal 20-40 damage based on charge up and volleys are 10 base damage with 9 arrows

dash-striking is still better damage from speed, mobility, hammers, and being able to take bow striking and dashstrike boons, and the safety granted through mobility and speed

Most peoples first clear fails in roughly 20-80 escape attempts

and that first clear is only the start

like even getting to the credits is still a ways away (albeit shorter than the time it takes to go from the start to your first clear)

beating the game is satisfying yes, but hades is one of those games where the beauty really pops out if the eye of the beholder allows for it to be

Any tips facing final boss for first time? Going adamant rail with pressure points and triple bomb, both attack and special Zeus modified and I got the boon that does jolted and hammer that does 18 shots

Zeus strike is pmuch optimal for the base rail strike’s functionality, jolted is the best zeus secondary boon and pressure points pops off on that many hits

that was a pretty solid core there
