I installed the game a day ago, and god, that game is hard. After ~20 runs, I have killed the 1st boss 3 times, and the 2nd one once. But I really like the concept and the challenge. If you have any advice...

The thing I don't like is that I feel like the entire run depends on the first bonus.

I play mainly the spear, and I got once the bonus allowing to fire an explosive projectile as a special: that's how I went to the 3rd level

Try rolling your thumb from A to X in timed intervals, you’ll catch the recovery frames for your dash while making the most of your inputs that way

My advice when it comes to Malphon is this:
Play like you're a boxer. Dash into your target, 1, 2, 3, Dash, repeat.
Single out a target, don't split focus.
Zeus, Dionysus, and ||Demeter|| work well with Malphon.
It's one of the fastest weapons so use it to apply stacks. (Aspect of Demeter helps a lot with this.)

Yeah, I would recommend picking up one strong aspect on each weapon and upgrading them first, then using overflowing blood to get a strong aspect on a different weapon maxed -> cycle thru

That way you can improve your time with bow when you move on from spear etc

The only ones you really care about as greater is aphro's or arty's

But stuff like zeus which is already insane dps as lesser now spammable every 5~ seconds

Or dio call which only needs lesser for max stacks

It’s often better to just go for smaller calls without smouldering air as is

You aren’t getting the call% to use greater calls in your average room and against bosses it’s just better dps to use the minicalls

• list of minor prophecies.
• Charon may sell one blood for 1200 gold at the last area shop

Pick your fastest weapon that can work with poseidon naturally (normally the dash) get ocean's bounty and visit chaos for their darkness boost boons

And don't use enough heat in the pact to refresh bounties so bosses can drop darkness
