basically you hit an enemy with aphrodite’s attack, and then you special with dionysus

0 heat's rewards are unique: they aren't rewarded at any heat level other than 0 heat

Yep

Heat levels are not cumulative. If you beat the game at 2 heat, you do not automatically beat it at 1 and at 0. They are like isolated levels of difficulty and also isolated by weapon. You can beat with the sword up to 5 heat and it does not affect your spear.

Every heat level beyond 0 gives you the rewards available from the lowest available heat level (for a given aspect). So you could in theory jump straight to 20 heat, beat that ten times, and gain the rewards for heats 1-10

I've seen people do crazy things with it (the blindfolded playthrough) but idk how to do it like them

Hestia you want to put +% on attack and constantly reload for first shot + special after to cancel the reload animation

For hammers you’ll want twin shot > triple shot, if you don’t sed those look for perfect shot, point blank shot, or flurry shot

Either way you’ll open aphrodite and zeus’s smouldering air duo for added dps

(Charges your call by 5% a second, caps guage at 25%, essentially lets you spam out minicalls for high dps

You can either go for hunter dash (artemis) or tidal dash (poseidon) for more damage on top of that, artemis adding straight to your attack damage, poseidon adding good aoe and damage wherever you dash into, letting you mow down the quick light enemies that might otherwise overrun you

It is basically an affection level. On the first one every character give you an item. Maxing it out doesn't do anything for some characters, maxing it for olympians it unlocks the epilogue, and some house of hades characters it unlocks pets, but that will be for very late game

9 heat (FO2 and EM2) is optimal for speeding through runs

the better way is to pick up speedrunning and/or heat so you actually have fun instead of grinding for a number that doesnt affect gameplay

you'll get the darkness, slower, but you'll have a better time

if i do runs on heat higher than the heat level that is required can i do the lower levels and get their bounty rewards? or how does it work

You'll get the bounty of your lowest heat first

So if you only need 2 but do like 5 heat, you'll claim the 2 heat bounties forst

Then if you repeat the pact you'll claim heat 3 and so on until it catches up

You have to learn how to time your dashes right, so maybe it could help to watch the better players and see when and how they dash

If you're not killing most enemies in seconds at the moment, it might be good to learn how to create good builds too. The best defense is a good offense

I can reliably dispatch of enemies with the fists, sword, and rail, but struggle with the spear and bow (it's not a big problem with the shield)

The spear I probably need to try a better build. The bow I just need to better time the power shots, though I still have trouble with crowd control when using it...

Don’t spread yourself too thin in terms of boons. Get a god or two and focus on boosting a few sources of damage

I'd only take explosive if you have attack speed + from hermes cuz that charge speed is so slow ☠️
