rarity and levels are most of the time like the same thing
the 2 increased rarities can hit hermes boons, which is the biggest appeal for taking that option
so you can get like heroic +dashes or rush delivery or something
besides hermes, increased rarity on aphrodite atk/special, ares atk/special, and static discharge are nice
more important for aphrodite and ares, less important for static discharge since that's still kinda just a pom but jolted rarity is pretty strong

Assuming you mean the hydra, you can use the pillars to protect yourself from the attacks of the main head and its attacks are very predictable. The more difficult part are the smaller heads. Try and take them out left to right or right to left, use the arena space to dodge around if needed. Depending on your weapon, see if you can get some range or AoE damage by that point so you don't need to risk face tanking them. Don't feel rushed by this fight, you can take it fairly slow and there are lots of safe ways to dodge attacks.

i use the spear and always try to get ares's magic, to take the heads down as fast as possible to not have to endure their bullet hell

Ares will only stack once normally so any extra hits you do aren't getting the benefit until it procs.

I can suggest try find Artemis Call, rare and upper will strait away oneshoot boss
Also Ares Call help to clean up some space, so it is easier to dodge attacks
Just try to make one Big Call at the end of phase and not waste it for small ones

If you really went out of your way to get duo boons for chiron, should be something like this: dio special, aphro attack, ares vengeance and arty cast or call. Then go for all 4 duo boon: Curse of nausea, low tolerance, splitting headache and heart rend
And that not the best chiron build imo

i remember it had an ability from chaos that boosted magic's damage, and the dash attack from the hammer

hi ! i started playing recently and after winning on attempts 14 and 18 (which i assume it's early given how mad my friends got when i told them) i noticed some of the dialogue was out of order (achilles commenting on "oh wow REDACTED is the final boss? damn sorry you lost, you'll get them eventually!" after already having beaten said boss twice) and im dipping my toes on Heat, but im worried that the "bosses are harder" modifier would break dialogue order even further
like ive seen the red Fury only two times, would activating Super Furies put me in a whole new dialogue tree or does it just add mores lines to the pool without removing unheard ones ?

The dialogue system may put the super furies as you call it related lines for a while but you'll soon go back to the normal ones

To be more specific the dialogue system is basically a mix of both of the things you've said
Game picks dialogues from a pool and some are only added after some requisites are done
To make sure game story doesn't go much out of order some do have priority
See main story dialogues
Ofc is not perfect (you'll see it at some point for some characters) but it works most of the time

dialogue can be a little out of order if you go through the game too fast sometimes to a detriment (like not getting the codex or ||second mirror side||) but itll fix itself eventually, and if youre willing to go the extra mile you can just do a few runs to die in the first chamber so it can catch up

Many people recommend the shield due to it being able to negate a lot of the damage. Also maybe it might take a bit before things click for you. I nearly quit before finishing the final fight after many attempts. Then it suddenly worked and I had less trouble.

a quick explanation as to why delta chamber is good:
- you can hold down attack, great since eris is spamming attack
- dash attack iframes. normally when you dash attack, you dont get invincibility during your dash, but delta chamber is bugged to keep iframes when dash attacking. this means you can hold attack, and then dash to iframe attacks or run away

There can only be three fake bobs, so the fourth bob is always real if the first three were fake. Fake bobs have an interval of 2-5 seconds while the real bob has an interval of 1-2 seconds. So if it takes more than 2 seconds, it should be a fake bob. Meaning you should look for the real bob within a short time after you start fishing or within a short time after a previous bob.
Personally, I just look for the white flash above the bobber and ignore the bobber itself. Some players have said they have better success when putting their thumb on the bobber to not get distracted by that, so maybe you could give that a try.
A Perfect Catch means catching a fish within 340ms. Perfect Catches are 50/50 on being a legendary or rare fish. Any other catch is 50/50 on being a rare or common fish.

But, every time I finally reach Elysium(Which usually takes me over an hour of attempts) I end up getting the other 50% chance boss fight. It's gotten to the point to where I think I have gotten it like 6 times in a row. Am I doing something wrong? Why won't he show up?

dark forsight >>>> olympian favor because you get more boons, centaur heart, poms and coins
you would rather have more boons than better rarity boons

otherwise, it's just preference
the other option of deep pockets allow you to buy bloods, diamond or ambrosia at the styx shop
