I'm not sure how it works, but when I played, it originally started your first run with 5 Heat, which I think was randomized? I just know it didn't start with the punishment that restricted your escape run to 9 minutes.

||Hades will cloak the entire field in darkness. You'll still deal with vase traps being summoned, so destroying any of them is kinda pointless unless he's healing. He'll also regain the ability to disappear and reappear like he did in the first phase. Brimstone Attack will still be a full-room attack with a pulse if you're too close. Those are the only things that are "new" with the third phase. He'll keep his attack pattern as the second phase though, minus Cerberus.||

Also, his pattern is actually quite simple Getting him towards the end of Asphodel or the beginning of Elysium is a good balance between having enough boons to deal with his garbage, having a possibility of getting Patroclus to refill your death stacks if he kills you, and having ample shops afterwards to take advantage of the reward he gives you.||

pretty much. Each character has their own specific requirements to unlock their affinity, often all you have to do is keep chatting with them.
Off the top of my head, one of the examples is: ||Nyx. Her requirement is to help her reconnect with her parent Chaos by restarting a transporter in the Admins Chamber. I can't remember if that's also the requirement for unlocking Chaos' affinity, but that's it.||

@heady horizon ||there are multiple requirements, but specifically regarding what you just said, it's nice to advance the storyline by quickly dying in Tartarus but maybe you should complete a few runs||
||no guarantee you get the Epilogue yet if you don't have the other requirements since idk your save file status, but if you've played a lot and done the standard complete a lot of runs + talk and gift people + persevere through dialogue RNG, you'll get it sooner than later! took me about a dozen runs post-epilogue||

I'd say you'd have to be lucky. Every region has a "very rare" fish. So far, the only really method of getting it is to pull the fish in the moment you see that flash of light.
Because that seems to be the only time I got the very rare fishes. Otherwise, you'll get one of the other two.

@latent pike the game has 2 types of catches, perfect and normal. Perfect catches have a 1/20 chance of spawning the very rare fish and a 19/20 of spawning the rare fish. Normal catches have the same chances but for rare/common instead
So you need to hit a perfect catch and be lucky

i think the math ends up being ||40 + 60 + 120 + 250 darkness from bosses = 470, with a 1.2 multiplier with the weapon buff = 564 darkness from just bosses. So you'd either need to get 400 darkness extra per run, for it to take 325 runs, or you'd need 600+ runs...||

since zeus' boons emit lightning per attack, it's best paired with attacks that are rapid fire or shoot a bunch of projectiles. Examples are stygius attack (except for the hidden aspect), aegis special (chaos aspect), coronacht special (all aspects), exagryph attack (especially the hidden aspect), and malphon attack (except hidden aspect)

zeus' boons excel greatly against huge waves of enemies. If you're running maxed out jury summons or if you run into cloning numbskulls with benefits package, or god forbid both at the same time, zeus' chain lightning is a must-have
if you have the zeus aspect of aegis, lightning flourish was practically tailor-made for that weapon. Try running that combo sometime and you'll see what I mean
