Hello! So a few weeks ago I got the Switch 2 and I carried over my Hades save from the original Switch. Now, I’ve also got Cross saving enabled and on the Switch 1 it synced all of the time, but in Switch 2 it’s only been syncing to the cloud some of the time, often stalling and failing to upload.

Hi! I’m sorry if I’m bothering or anything but my ps4 controller has its issues where my games keeps on setting off r2 (like giving nectar to someone by accident or summoning whatever Olympian’s aid), but when i try to click r2, it doesn’t respond for a few moments or unless if i move my joystick.

I’ve tried to go to controls and replacing the ‘gift & misc’ with r2 again which it did work last night, and now it did work properly but after some time it started bugging again and even when I try to fix it in controls settings, it’s bugging which now confuses me a bit.

Heyo! I'd suggest trying out Steam's Big Picture Mode, and see if that helps. The launch options here ( #h1-tech-fixes message ) might help, and enabling/disabling Steam Input through the game properties might clear it up

I kind of forgot what version of the ps4 controller i use, i’ll have to ask my brother about that since it’s a gift from him, but the way it is connected is through the bluetooth settings in my settings app on my mac (like, I click the ps button on the controller to connect it, and if I wanted to disconnect it I would click on the “dualshock 4 wireless controller” in my bluetooth settings.)

So far the only other app that I've had network issues with was Splatoon 3 but that was near its Switch 2 patch and it was only for a few hours so I assume it was maintenance. Other than that, I've not had any network issues apart from Hades.

Hi I play hades 1 on my phone through Netflix but now that’s being taken down I was thinking about switching to playing on the switch. Is there anyway to transfer my save files from my phone to my switch?

Unfortunately, to my knowledge there is not a way to transfer save progress from the mobile version. If you get the game on Steam or Epic, we have some premade save files to help kickstart people who lose their progress. (And, if you get it on Steam, you can use it just long enough to transfer that file to the Switch before refunding on Steam)

If you try to play hades on a mac via steam with a controller the game will not register the controller no matter what you do.
There are even support forumns regarding this

if anyone is having controller issues they need to combine 2 things in order for it to work

To set up a controller on Steam for a Mac:
Step 1
Right-click on Hades in your Steam Library
Select 'Properties...'
Press the button that says 'Set Launch Options...'
Insert this text into the Launch option
/UseNativeGaInput=true /UseNativeGaInputNoControllers=false

Step 2

Optional steps that could be helpful if steps 1 and 2 don't work:
Step 3
Click steam in the upper left hand corner (next to the apple symbol), hit preferences, hit interface, switch "client beta participartion" to "steam beta update"

Step 4
-System Settings > Game Controllers > Controller Shortcuts > Turn off "Press Home button to open Launchpad".

Step 5
-giving Hades input monitoring permissions and Bluetooth permissions in System Preferences

I have the same problem too. If you give permission to Steam and Hades monitor inputs, then launch the game alone (not through steam), the controller will work. Unfortunately, I want to use steam input to use a turbo macro so that I don't have to mash buttons to attack.

I had saved the xbox game pass file in another location though, but for some reason it just disappeared!!! Heyo! You might be able to get it back by reinstalling Hades in the Xbox PC version, but unfortunately there isn't a way to directly access those cloud files other than when they're stored locally.
It could also be worth running a full search of your computer for that backup you saved—I'd recommend a tool like "Everything" (by "voidtools") that can search more quickly than the built-in file browser, since that would take ages otherwise.

If you end up being unable to recover it, we do have some premade save files to help people who have lost their progress. If that's something you'd be interested in, let me know ^.^

I just got on my Iphone to play, but it won't let me log into my netflix account to get on (Error 7006). I look around on netflix and the app store, and the game doesn't exist. My Iphone is updated to the latest version and my login information works fine for getting on netflix itself, but the game won't let me in. What's happening?

@echo cipher @stray elm Apparently, since Hades is connected to Netflix, all of the save data is linked to your Netflix account, not saved in a file. Since they deleted the game from Netflix, I think it also wiped the saves. I will try to use my IPhone with a Macbook instead of a Windows tommorow when I have it avaliable, but it seems the data is already gone. I'll let you guys know if it works. Thank you for your help.

I feel like I’m going crazy lol I told a friend who asked about farming blood to just increase the heat to refresh the rewards. As shown here, my game allows me to collect rewards per heat. So I can collect more blood from the furies on a higher heat without fully beating a run on the previous heat level, for example. It seems like this is a bug because it doesn’t work in her game and no one in my googling is mentioning anything even close to this.

Is it a bug? A setting I turned on somehow?

My switch is a normal, out of the box, non-jailbroken switch. Im using a physical copy of the game and everything is fully updated.

This is not a bug. You can only get more Titan Blood from the first boss if you defeated the last boss (from which you'd also get Titan Blood) on given Heat. And Heat 0 is tracked separately from higher heat levels.

Hey everyone! I'm new to the server here, just joined some minutes ago. From everything I'm seeing after reading up in a few channels it looks like this is where bugs a reported for Hades 1. Is this right? I've found a really specific one that happens on the Mac version of the game

I've experimented with it a little so I understand how it works now and how to avoid it and fix it, but it can get pretty bad and cause autosave data for a current run to be lost

Alright, now I can finally sit down and share about it. So I can say right away, the bug doesn’t happen when the game is in windowed mode, only in fullscreen. And it also doesn’t happen at the title screen or if you try to make it happen while the game is paused. Basically, if you have the mouse pointer try to go up to where the top bar on Mac is by leaving the screen area the game is displayed in fullscreen, the mouse freezes up. Inputs from a controller and the keyboard work fine at this point, so if you pause the game, the mouse goes back to normal and if you unpause the game with the mouse back down in the game, everything keeps going as normal.

But, if you were to not pause the game from there and used a three finger motion on the touch pad to tab away to the desktop or look at your different fullscreen tabs, when you come back to the game, Zagreus is stuck moving left. Control inputs from here will work, but pressing to move right only makes Zagreus stop moving, so in some cases it can stop him from being able to leave the current room. The only way I’ve been able to find to stop the bug has been to fully close and re-open the game from there, but MacOS gives an error notification saying the game didn’t close right when that happens, and it takes you to the last save at the house before whatever run you were doing, which would be at the prep room just before starting. The first time I ran into it was months ago when I used the screenshot keyboard shortcut on Mac to screenshot the results screen at the end of a run, but included some of the area just above the game itself on the screen, and then immediately tabbed away to share the screenshot, so when I came back I couldn’t fully finish things up properly and had to close the game. I’ve completed a few more runs since then no problem, but I’ve had to make sure to avoid doing that specific series of steps while playing in fullscreen or just play in windowed mode

Sorry if that’s really wordy there, I’m not always good at making things short. But it’s also probably worth mentioning that this was on an M4 Mac, so I don’t know if this is a problem on Intel Macs, and the game was also being played on Steam

Tldr for anyone who doesn’t wanna read all that, just try to avoid using the top bar on Mac while in fullscreen and you’ll be all good. If it happens accidentally, pause the game before anything else and have the mouse pointer get back into the game. That’ll prevent the issue

I hope this is a good place to put this, but I'm having issues with my cloud saves on my switch/PC. My Switch has it enabled and is connected to my steam.

It shows the sync ✅ on the cloud and that it's synced over, but my saves are not carrying over from either system.

It just doesn't make sense. Cloud saves are enabled on my steam. My game is updated to the latest on steam and the switch version is also updated to the latest as well.

I'm also having trouble with Hades cross-saves on Switch today. I'm on a Switch 2. The main options menu shows that I am connected to Steam. (I disconnected and reconnected just to be sure.) But the cross-save system seems to be failing to connect.

The version numbers won't be exactly the same, and that's fine. Console updates are a much larger process, but the two are still compatible as long as they're the most recent

Heyo! While that should in theory work, launchers (and Hades) sometimes misbehave if the game is on a different drive.

I'd try reinstalling on D as a start. If that doesn't work, go to the installation folder and try launching the game directly, and see if that works.

one thing if this helps my game does launch when i close the .net framework task in taskmanager but it doesnt allow some things to function like this archipelago mod which is what we assume so i kinda came here for support to fix this issue so maybe that information of the task manager thing might help (i am trying to launch without mods btw so thats not the issue)

hello, so I had a 70 hrs of progress in the game. HOwever past months I had deleted the game, trusting cloud, to open up a bit space for new games. Recently I wanted to play and continue again however when I download it for some reason cloud didn't automatically brought my saved file as well. I found it manually thanks to asking in steam discussion and downloaded my old profile1_temp.sav file. I use linux pop_os, so to put the .sav file I went to /home/user/.var/app/com.valvesoftware.Steam/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1145360/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Saved Games/ folder. But for some reason, in Saved Games there wasn't an additional Hades folder (I am guessing it should have been as far as I know). I renamed it "Profile1.sav" and then I first tried to put the .sav file within it without creating a Hades folder additionally. However it didn't work. Then I created the folder and put it there but that didn't work either. I don't know what to do more

You must beat EVERY boss on every heat stage to progress like that. As you can see, above the question mark displays the heat that you must do.

You have not beaten Hades on heat 3, so you must do that to progress with the bounties for heat 4, 5, etc..

I logged in today to see that my save file is last saved on the sixteenth of July, when I have played the save file yesterday and days before that. I have done two escapes after that date and everytime I log back in to start a new attempt, I see that it is still saved on the sixteenth of July. But everytime I leave in the middle of the run (of course, not giving up), it saves normally. These two instances only happen when I escsped and will start a new run. Please help me 😭

Hi all this is kind of a weird question tangentially related to Hades 1 and 2, but no one seems to be able to answer me so I was hoping to go straight to the source

When I try to get OBS to display Hades or Hades 2, it outright refuses to show, game capture doesnt even show a black screen and window capture seems to not think either application even exists, I've tested tons of other steam games with no issues and my capture card also works perfectly, it's specifically these two games that refuse to connect to my OBS no matter what i try, I've tried running OBS as administrator, I've tried launching OBS before Hades, I've tried running Hades on Vulkan and DirectX, I'm really not sure what else to try

Display capture does work but I'd prefer not to use that if I can, especially being as no other game in my 200+ size steam library seems to have issues

Hello - I've been enjoying Hades, but unfortunately just last lost a great run or two's progress. Saves on the 25th would have been the version I'd hope to have loaded, but they appear to be only a few bytes large. The save from the 22nd loads fine.
Steam Cloud shows the saves as only being 9B large. Is there anything I can do to recover last night's progress? Any other locations other than 'my documents' that temporary files are stored?

All of those .tmp files are from the game trying and failing to create/write new save data, yeah. If it persists after clearing some space, launching Steam or Hades directly as Admin may help.

Hi! I've been having some issues with Hades as of late. I have been playing the game on and off for over a year at this point, and only recently have I had this issue.

I run Hades on Mac, and my parents have this restriction where my computer mostly shuts off and becomes unusable after a certain time of night, except for a few applications. For some reason, the Steam store works, and while I can't boot up most of the games, Hades is one of the few that somehow also works. It’s not without issues though. Normally, this comes in the form of my in-game cursor being offset from where I am actually clicking, but it’s not too bad. Recently, however, when I booted up the game following a Mac update, past when my computer shuts off, there was some sort of issue the game ran into where now it only registers my inputs for a short time after booting up the game. In addition to this, my cursor is even more offset (to a nearly unusable extent), my game resolution is weird, with black boxes at the top and bottom of the screen and everything else squished into the box, and finally, weird glitching boxes that constantly pop in and out of existence.

This issue doesn’t just happen when I boot the game up during my downtime, and it has rendered the game unplayable. I have checked the tech fixes, and tried pretty much everything that applied, but because this wasn’t an issue with my installation of the game, none of it worked.

Hello! I recently purchased h1 off Steam and I am having issues with it detecting my joy cons as my controller, they are working fine in h2 but h1 is having issues. I got them to connect a for a bit, although the l and r trigger weren't working, but today I cannot get them connected at all. Heyo! I'd try using Steam's Big Picture Mode to set them up, that may improve their connection. Unfortunately, the way that Joycons work makes it tricky to get them to behave properly on computers sometimes.

Hi, I've been having issues with menus automatically scrolling down in Hades. I thought it was my controller drifting, but I opened a controller input test webpage alongside the game and found no such issue with the controller. It doesn't happen during combat, it's mostly just the menu, but the scrolling will persist if I close the menu and Zagreus starts moving down without my input. When I push my joystick up my input overrides the auto-scrolling, but it starts scrolling again the moment I let go. The scrolling usually stops itself after waiting around a minute or two with hades in the background.

I am playing on windows. I tried setting /UseNativeGaInput=true /UseNativeGaInputNoControllers=false, but after doing so I am unable to make any inputs in-game with my controller. I've also reinstalled the game. What steps should I take next?

If you haven’t had the issue in combat, it’s possible that it’s a dpad issue rather than stick drift, I’ve had a similiar problem happen before, so I’d check your dpad inputs

Hello! I used the Steam Cloud Save to attempt connecting my old save file on Steam with my switch 2, which already had a new save file. I loaded it in, and was able to choose which save file to use and overwrite the new file with my older one. Loaded into the game and wanted to restart the run I had been doing last time. The save wouldn't save to the cloud so I had to reboot the game. Now the cloud only has my new save file with barely anything really done and my old save file gone completely. Please any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello! It looks like your _temp and .bak save files are likely still from the older (correct) progress. I would suggest making a backup copy of them in another folder first.

Then, start up the game through Steam on your computer, but don't load your save. Follow the steps here ( #h1-tech-fixes message ) about renaming your save files, then load your save file. Move between a couple rooms, quit the game, and close it. You can then check here ( https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorageapp/?appid=1145360 ) to make sure that your Steam Cloud has updated.

From there, you should be able to load that file onto your Switch using the menus there.

Hi everyone, I joined the discord because I'm in need of some help.
I launched the game 30mins ago after not playing for a while. Never had any issues before and now I have insane stutters. My frames drop from 144 to 60 fps in less than a second.
I tried running the game on vulkan.
Verifying games files.
Turning vsync on and off.
Messing around with nvidia control pannel but nothing helps.
(4080 + 7800x + 32gb ram, overkill for the game).

None of the steps listed work.
However, I tried finding the .exe in the game's directory and tried running them as admin without going through steam.

Gotcha, thanks. Are you using the Steam Client beta branch? If so, I would try returning to the regular branch, and if not, I would try enabling the beta branch. It's possible there's something within the client that is causing issues with how the game connects to it.

(To check, click on "Steam" in the top left, then open "Settings". Select "Interface" and there should be a selection for the "Client Beta Participation")

I wasnt in beta branch, tried enabling it, didnt fix it.
I tried a full run with the exe located in the x86 file without running it through steam.
It was fluid until I hit the temple of styx. I had huge stutters there and then, the audio of the game completely died, there was no sound and the game started to be fluid again, no stutters. I should also not that I had audio issues throughout the run, mainly voice lines without sound.

I did try to relaunch the steam version with all audio to the max, and all audio turned down completely, nothing fixed the issue.

Heyo! Could you try reinstalling again, just in case something didn't load properly? Unfortunately, the Xbox's save system/cloud saves can be a little bit unreliable sometimes

If that doesn't work, there is a way to transfer saves from the Xbox PC version, so I can try finding a save file close to where you were so you can get those last few achievements.

Do the 1KB .sav files have any meaningful data on them at all? Somehow my own save file has been replaced by my girlfriend's from what I can assume is probably me logging onto my own steam account on her computer when I was visiting once (or vice versa), and my own save file has seemingly been completely erased. I have tested the 4/3/2023 file which is also what's backed up on the steam cloud and that one also just contained my girlfriend's data. The only one I can imagine containing my own data due to the date is the 2/11/2023 one which is 1KB and when I tried using it, it was basically empty

Heyo! I'm sorry to hear about that. The 1kb files are either settings or temporary files used for cross-saves. That being said, there should theoretically be some additional .sav.bak files for your profile. If those are missing as well, you could check your Steam Cloud directly ( https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorageapp/?appid=1145360 ) and see if anything is available there.

Unfortunately, while the Steam Cloud should correctly manage files even on the same computer, they do get messed up sometimes. If you'd rather not start over, we do have some premade save files, and I could try and find one close to where you were.

Heyo! In Hades on the Switch, there should be an option to log into your Steam account and sync your progress. I definitely agree with making a backup of your PC progress first, just in case.

You shouldn't need to do anything extra on the Steam side, other than pay attention to any prompts that pop up about syncing cloud data

Guys I am having issues with my cloud save and pc save.
I started playing normally and at some point they got different and I stopped playing on cloud, then one day my save was empty.

I managed to restore via Ludusavi, but since then everytime I leave the game my save slots get empty again

i have tried reinstalling Hades, Xbox App, Xbox Identity provider, deleted cloud saves, nothing seems to work.

• Disconnect your PC from the Internet.

• Launch Hades offline.

• Paste your save file restored by Ludusavi into the correct folder:

Code %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\SupergiantGames.Hades_…\SystemAppData\wgs

• Start the game and confirm that your save is loaded.

• Play for a few minutes and create a new save point (for example, start a run or return to the House of Hades).

• Exit the game.

Use Windows Firewall to prevent Hades from accessing the Internet:

• Open Windows Defender Firewall.

• This prevents cloud sync and lets you play online.

The thing is that it never says that local is newer than cloud, it just overrides

Not a net specialist, but I feel like for the Firewall, you'd want to block Inbound, not Outbound, so it blocks incoming (incorrect) saves, and allows your new saves to be saved to the cloud. Could you try that?

Alright, I've read through the tech fixes channel and a couple reddit threads, but I still cannot recover my Hades saves on Xbox Game Pass. What I've done:
I believe I have located the files under "C:\Users\profile\AppData\Local\Packages\SupergiantGamesLLC.Hades_q53c1yqmx7pha\SystemAppData\wgs\0009000002172AB0_0000000000000000000000006AB487C4" There is a file that coincides with the last time I saved the game, and many other files from today in there which I assume are autosaves.
I have checked my documents folder and I did not have a Saved Games\Hades file, but I did create one and moved the files from the above wgs in there, but that did not work.

Any achievements that can only be done once (such as story progression) or are directly tied to prophecies, should transfer over, as well as a couple others, but the remaining achievements will need to be unlocked through the platform tracking them.

This is going to be an oddly specific question:

So, I use a nintendo switch pro controller on PC. And I use it like a playstation controller which basically just means I reverse my face buttons to match the positions of Circle, Cross, Triangle and Square on a ps controller.

This was working perfectly on Windows 10, however due to the ending support for that OS, I've swapped to Linux Mint (cinnamon). Now, Hades still recognizes my pro controller, but only with steam input disabled. It's not recognizing any of my attempts to remap controls. It's like it's permanently stuck to using the default nintendo layout. Any ideas why this could be happening?

(I could just get used to the nintendo layout, but playstation controls are built into my muscle memory 😞)

Greetings, I'm having a bug in Hades where even when I change the heat levels of the pact of punishment, the rewards appear as already redeemed even in heat levels that I haven't played yet. I've already checked the files and reinstalled the game. However, the problem hasn't been resolved yet. somebody can help me?

Heyo! Heat always claims rewards from the lowest undefeated heat level, so in order to claim new rewards, you need to beat the boss at or above that heat level

Apparently it saves when entering the unfrozen area so all my saves are softlocked, force quitting doesnt work either, just brings me back to the entrance of greece, guess i'll have to ask tech support to just warp my coordinates back to the house of hades

There is a known issue with the Xbox app that sometimes causes save files to vanish, and typically a reinstallation fixes that. If it doesn't, you may also want to reach out to Xbox support and see if they have anything else to try.

Hi, I have a problem with my hades save on Nintendo Switch 2: bought the contract modification from the House Contractor in a moment Orpheus was not in House of Hades. Now he's nowhere to be seen after a dozen completed runs, and same for Eurydice: can't find her either in Asphodel since I bought the new contract for them. If it was just a couple run I'd think rng, but more than 10 runs seems like a bug to me. What can I do to unstuck those two npcs and meet them again? Searched online and found nothing.

It seems running steam as admin did not fix the issue. Controlled folder access is turned off by default.
Upon further observation, the save game icon in the top right no longer appears (or appears rarely) whenever I exit/enter a chamber like it's supposed to.
Switching to a different save file and running that shows the save icon upon every chamber exit.

If the files are completely gone, that may require a reinstall to have a chance at recovering them. The Xbox cloud unfortunately has some issues sometimes, and that's the only consistent fix I know of.

Worst case, we may be able to manually set up some save files and use those to force the Xbox cloud to start saving again. (I'll be able to help walk you through that)

ok so update, i looked online and i restarted pc and then made all the folders and subfolders inside the Users folder hidden, then unhidden and i now see the wgs folder that the save is supposed to be in

it's just that Hades 1 had a lot of very direct similarities to my life growing up as a child. Hades has all the gems down in the underworld, and my father was a jeweler. I was the only son and had a promising future but I didn't really end up achieving anything in the end. In the house, the negative atmosphere was suffocating to me. And while my father never hit me......it could have gone more pleasant emotionally and to my self confidence.

Alt tabbed when i died again

Then i couldnt arrive at house hades

So i used the temp save

And it worked!

It crashed again

verify integrity of files
forget controllers from bluetooth and repaired
renamed them (?????? i have no clue why this part was important but it didn't work until i did it)

Hey everybody, I have another controller issue.
Playing in Steam on a Macbook. Using a PS4 controller. Mostly it works, with two problems. The biggest problem is that there is like a weird drift in the joystick sometimes. It happens both in the menus and in gameplay. And I've tried different controllers, but it happens with all of them. Also, doesn't happen in other Steam games.
Second problem is that the R2 and L2 buttons don't seem to work at all. Though that I can work around.

Here's a better description of my issue. I posted this to the technical message board too, but trying again here in case anyone has any other suggestions.

I am using a Macbook and a PS4 controller. The controller works perfectly with other games in Steam. And it mostly works with Hades. However, I have one big issue. Something happens where it seems as though the joystick gets stuck. It's not drift (changing dead zone settings doesn't help.) If it happens when I am in a menu it will make the menu select go crazy, as if I'm holding the joystick all the way down. If it happens in gameplay it makes my character run in a certain direction. I can usually stop it by pressing the joystick the opposite way, but that doesn't always work.
I have tried all the commonly suggested fixes for controller issues. Enable Steam Input, disable input, Launch steam in Big Screen mode, add the additional code in the launch options. None of it helps.

Hello folks, I'd like to report a big bug: with my save, and only with my current save (there are 4 other saves on my game), when I quit the game after playing on my save, the game often crashes, and I sometimes lose all the progress I did on this specific save when it crashes.
If the game luckily doesn't crash on quit, I don't lose progress at all.
If it crashes, sometimes I lose progress, sometimes I don't, and I don't see what happens differently that would make it lose progress or not.

This is extremely annoying because I cannot progress safely on this save.

And as said: it happens "sometimes". Like, starting at the house of Hades, finishing Tartarus, leaving the game, it crashes, kill the process (I'm on Windows 10), restart the game, and realise I'm still in the house of Hades.
I noticed that it is less likely to crash when I play for a few minutes, contrary to when I play for like half an hour, or more. The worst case is when I do a whole set of runs (a few hours of game play) and I lose "some" progress, but at this stage, I can't remember "when" the save was "locked" before the quit-crash.
I don't know if it's the "size" of the save, or if it's its age (I know saves can suffer from kind of "corruption" after many game patches), but I think it's "not that old" compared to other players, and I don't see many cases of "crash at quit that leads to progress loss" in the forums.
It makes me just want to stop playing Hades, even though I'm enjoying it, and I'm enjoying Hades 2 as well, in hope the same issue won't happen.

I don't know what to do.
I tried the "verify files" feature already, but it still happens from time to time.
I tried not using my controller, unplugging it, and it still crashes.
I also tried disabling the Steam overlay (I dunno, I could just try dumb stuff at this point).

I also noticed it sometimes don't crash, but still doesn't save files properly. I just had the case right now: my wife plays on her recently created save, and apparently the last run she made wasn't saved at all.

Heyo! Apologies for the delay. I'd give some of the steps here ( #h1-tech-fixes message ) for performance issues a try, just in case that's related to the crashes.

For the files not saving, I'd make sure that Hades and the Saved Games folder are whitelisted with your antivirus and/or Windows Defender / Windows Controlled Folder Access.

For situations where you lose progress from a crash, you may be able to use the steps here ( #h1-tech-fixes message ) to recover your progress.

I had the intuition about Windows Defender yesterday, and I allowed the Hades save game directory in it, and it apparently now works, we stop losing progress, finally 🎉 Still, it's very annoying, I'd expect the game to detect Windows and "enforce" allowing the directory in Windows Defender (other softwares, such as my IDE when I code, already do that), but at least my issue is fixed.
I had no crash since last time yet, I'll wait until I have one more 🙂

I was able to connect my switch just fine and the title screen shows cross-saves, but the steam version does not show cross-saves on title. Some of the files are from when I last played with a larger file size and some are from today with smaller file sizes

I'd start by downloading those larger files and storing them separately. Then, do these steps:

• In your file browser, turn on File Extensions if it isn't already on (see the attached image)
• One of the downloaded files should start with Profile1 - rename that to just be Profile1.sav
• Launch the game (if it isn't already open)
• Copy your Profile1.sav file into \Documents\Saved Games\Hades
• Open the "Play" menu
  Your save should now be visible in-game
