it only hits 3 of them. the 4 witch, even failed, ends up grouping the witches much more nicely, too

shield can cast, throw special (meg as you throw the special and meg will destroy the projectile so it wont send the witches flying if you have poseidon special or something) or aim the charge shot if you have that

if you like the idea of a complete free for all against real people and no major storyline dictating your gameplay then fortnite is probably going to be more entertaining
hades is a story game that influences how you play and you're going up against random enemies (to put it simply), and if you dont like the idea of a storyline or dungeon running then hades might not be enjoyable to you

Demeter is the best Malphon aspect.
Zag Fists are also pretty decent.
Talos is fun but definitely worse than the others.
The Hidden Fists are... a meme, unfortunately. But not actually quite as bad as their reputation. But also not very good.

Flurry on Spear and Bow makes the Standing Attacks a lot faster and they feel not as clunky as without the hammer, but you still don't want to be doing standing strikes all the time

I agree with athena being easiest, with the disclaimer that she can stall a run by making key enemies (e.g. released soul, crystal) invincible at awkward times
I used to avoid demeter like crazy but now don't mind as much as long as I'm focused on watching for spawns
Aphro and Poseidon I agree are tough, aphro in particular is annoying because the hearts appear so suddenly and even after you dodge, they circle round very quickly to chase you again
Dio I think often targets the space around you rather than at you, so sometimes staying still is good
Zeus seems to do surprising amounts of damage

rama is such a boring aspect, strong though
special only rama is unaruably the only way to make this trash weapon useable. and even then its only somewhat useable since it only has access to one special hammer. its basicially nothing compared to the superiority of chiron. the attack charges up way too slowly to be useable and shared suffering is a gimmick at best, it adds nothing to help pulling this aspect out of mediocrity. if youre lucky enough and get repluse shot you might - and I say MIGHT get the chance to actually get an attack off with this thing, and even then its simply not worth it. the attack speed is way too slow and the damage completly pales in comparison to actually fast hitting aspects like gilgamesh. its sad to say but supergiantgames design philosophy of making most hidden aspects basicially a slow and unusable version of their base weapon has backfired completly. first beowulf - now this. hidden aspects are supposed to be strong and rewarding for the sheer grind I had to go through to unlock them. I dont even know if I want to unlock hidden rail at this point

you'll speed up naturally as you max the mirror and aspects, they make a huge difference

boiling blood - enemies take 50% more damage when embedded with a bloodstone. it's pretty good for some builds. it's also a good base damage projectile. it takes a bit to get used to and feeling like it's "worth it" but it's a good tool to use

so it's less effective than you think since on flat damage (zeus dio ares) builds it doesn't affect that flat damage source, on +% builds (aphro etc) it's an additive buff that ends up being much less than 50% by the end
early tartarus when most of your damage is usually from base attack/special it's a really strong buff, and later on you might as well lodge one vs bosses and other very tanky enemies

Best hammers are Twin Shot and Triple Shot. Perfect Shot and Point-Blank Shot are also decent.

Seeded originally was just resetting over and over until you got the hammer/boon you want, then giving up on that seed whenever you die to keep replaying it until you clear it.
And often making backups of that save, so that whenever you want a Twin Shot seed, for example, you can just slot the seed into profile 2 or whatever and play that.
Sharing seeds like that was common, too.
