Means don't have any unnecessary tension. Like don't tense up trying very hard to be fast. That'll actually wear you out, slow you down, and lead to less precise inputs. Speed comes from practice, not from trying hard to be fast.
I play fighting games, so Hades execution never really wore me out unless I played for like 10-12 hours or something. Definitely take breaks if your hands hurt. That's a good opportunity to review your build strategies and stuff.

this is #h1-discussion so you dont have to spoiler anything, but it can feel a bit easier because hades is less aggressive than the champion battle
there's not really any gimmicks that can screw you over in the champion fight except maybe theseus' god call
and his occasional spear he throws if you're not ready for that
hades doesnt have much of that either except in the 2nd phase where he spawns the pots, which stun
sometimes it's fine and you get slapped once, but if he lasers you at the same time you're toast
although if you're feeling that way you could always turn on em4 :)

Learn his moves. His oar swing is hard to dodge but the rest is fairly easy. So just stay behind his back, his turn speed is abysmal anyway.
If you fight him like chamber 6 in Tartarus then expect troubles unless you are comfortable fighting him already.
