Blade Dash is actually an okay alternative to Tidal Dash if you pom it a lot, I just wouldn't really go for it if Poseidon is already in the pool. Wanna keep the slot open to get Tidal Dash instead.
It's better on something like Twin Fists where you're up close and personal anyway.

Since you have Serrated Point already, you'll want to try to get Heartbreak Strike or Deadly Strike for your Attack (from Lady Aphrodite and Lady Artemis, respectively). But Drunken Strike is also an okay alternative. Just Drunken Strike wants a lot of poms and so does Tidal Dash, hence the synergy isn't the best.
Later on, there's a mirror talent that will give you a lot more gold laurel rewards in your runs (which includes poms), so it becomes more viable then to do both. But right now, poms are already sparse.

I wasnt a believer either until I tried it once with cluster bomb, and the hammer that lets you fire off specials like 3 times in a row. Maybe practically any flourish woukdve been good with thoae hammers, idk since the Rail is by far my worst weapon and I hate using it, but that run was glorious. I akways go for builds with Duo boons, Ihink I got Pressure Points and Clean Kill, couldve been a Heart Rend, Splitting Headache, Hunting Blades, or combo build, but my special was landing crits constantly, just decimating enemies. I would just repeatedly dash and special around the map and almost play like it's a melee arm, it worked amazingly for an aggressive meathead like me whose best weapons are the fists, then spear, then sword.

Frost Strike doesn't scale super well with poms. What you really want to do more damage if you have Frost Strike is to also get Killing Freeze from her.

Yea sometimes you’re just better off killing the rat to finish the tunnel if your damage is good enough instead of going back and forth because it’s easy to get poisoned again right away
