Idk if this is the right chat but I'm having trouble getting bounties from any of the bosses no matter how insane I make my heat. Do you only get them once more after you give them their upgrades? I only get darkness anymore but I need diamonds to reunite pat and achilles and free sisyphus. It's gonna be a pain if I can only get them by exchange through the wretched broker

You can't "mess up" your bounties anyway. Going higher in Heat than you need to won't have any negative consequences. If the Heat gauge says go up to 6 Heat, for example, then going above 6 will just get you the bounties from 6 Heat.

When you run mods for speed runs, 1. is it easy to set up the mods (never modded before) and besides two sack, what else do they adjust?

It's very easy, if you're referring to the Speedrunning Modpack made by the community, it also gives you a hammer of your choice, the 4 core boons get offered on the first boon that you pick up, you can see Fountains before entering them, Asterius/Barge/tiny vermin wont show up as minibosses, and you can disable Thanatos for rta runs

All of this is configurable, you can tweak it the way you want

Just a warning for the future: Thunder Flourish has an internal cooldown that will prevent you, usually, from getting more than 1 lightning bolt per Chiron volley.

So it's pretty bad on Chiron, unfortunately.

basically ignore theseus in the beginning and lead asterius to the other side of the arena and take him down first. use the statues for cover against spear throws and stay behind asterius.

First of all, never stay in front of Gigantic Vermin because they'll bite you. Always to the side or behind them.

Second, just kite them away from the poison if there's too much. You're in no rush.

If you have Tidal Dash or Flood Shot, use that aggressively in the tunnels. Wall-slam damage scales with the biome, so in the Temple of Styx, wall-slams do a ton of damage.

And as a general suggestion, take the miniboss tunnels first.

The miniboss tunnels are usually a little safer, so just for that alone I would take that.

Buy a Centaur Heart before the tunnel if there is one and you can afford it.

You need to find something for Cerberus. It'll never be in the first tunnel you enter, after that it's random.

54% chance it's in the second tunnel you enter. So it's weighted towards showing up early, at least.

Like, take a speedrun pact and then work on your times and when you're somewhat consistent, do 32 Heat. That would be the fastest route to that probably.

Speedrun pact being EM2 FO2.

And you can throw in TD3 just to get more comfortable with having that on.

But if your aspect isn't level 5 yet, you can just finish up your bounties real quick to upgrade it.
