For speedrunning I’d recommend rail

It’s the only weapon I have sub 10 minutes with atm

Zeus on attack, splash dash, Artemis or Aphrodite on special and pray you get cluster rockets

Take all chaos gates unless it’s the last chamber and shop

Either rail, fists or Achilles spear (altho that requires some first hammer luck)

Achilles is my fav Aspect but hoolord am I bad with it

Flood Flare start usually wants Mirage asap, meanwhile Passion Flare usually goes for Snow Burst with P Status, Mirage is definitely nice but you dont really go out of your way to force it

That’s okay, you can go for Zeus Attack and a % Special (ideally Aphro or Artemis), for the dash you want Poseidon (damage) or Athena (defensive), that’s the general idea of the build, other boons that you look for would be Static Discharge from Zeus, possibly his Call and Legendary, another damage Call would also be good (Dio), Hunters’ Mark from Artemis to make your Special crit more often etc, Breaking wave from Poseidon for Styx, Brilliant Riposte (unlocks Legendary), or Proud Bearing for Styx (both from Athena), if you get a call you can then look for Billowing from Zeus, as long as your god pool is somewhat decent you can always have something to grab that’ll make your build stronger.
For hammers look for Rocket Bomb or Cluster Bomb as your first, and the other as your second, Cluster Rockets is a very strong combo and will help you a ton if you get it going, other hammers would be Targetting System or Delta Chamber

For Hermes the usual Hyper Delivery would be perfect, but coping for an extra dash or Special speed is fine if you wanna save your rolls, also Second wind if you have a call

There is another route to building this through Spread Fire (hammer), and stacking crit stuff basically (artemis attack +dash and Aphro on the Special to unlick Heartren) and scaling through Chaos Dash strike and attack buffs, but on base rail I don’t quite like it because it reduces your ammo count, and you also have to reset for that specific hammer because it’s garbage without it, you can also go spread fire into Merciful End but yea that’s gonna take some resets too

For Aspects all of them are fine really, I would consider Eris the easiest to get into and go fast/ clear heat etc, Hestia is very good but has a bit of a harder rythme to it, needs more precision with your inputs (reload cancelling into your dash), but it’s a safer aspect and also goes insanely fast too

Styx can be tough, you have a decent chance to get a 2 sack, I would recommend you take Miniboss chambers first because those are much easier (especially if you have a companion), and then if you don’t get it through those two tunnels you can move on to the normal rooms, minibosses are also faster and have better rewards (not always beneficial but can be good on Second Hermes, hp etc depending on what your build has)
