What do you mean they don't move after attack? Player attack or theirs? They're only stunned for a short period when hit if they don't have armor, and there's a bit of lag after they attack but I don't think enough to charge a shot before their next attack.
But it's quite possible that winning with the basic bow is possible and other people just have skills I don't.

some examples i can think of greatshield, after they did the shockwave thing, they won't move for like 2-3 seconds, or Hades after he spin attacks, he does not move
once u're familiar with the enemies, you'll know when to time ur charge shot safely
or if you're against armored strongbow, if you try to charge shot them when they are shooting u, you'll prolly take lots of dmg from their 3 shot

For some enemies yes, not for others. And when you have a bunch of enemies on you then you may not get an opening to use charge shot. I am doing my best to use cover and learn the attack patterns but I still do a lot better with the other weapons.

No they actually had Dusa’s voice actress whispering a story though. It probably didn’t have any actual content, but they wrote it so that you could pick up bits and pieces that didn’t get subtitles. Little words like “so then he…” or “can you imagine?” Etc

RTA speedruns aren't about gauging your options in the moment and then coming to a decision. You basically have a mental flowchart that you follow, so you're not really making decisions anymore. The decisions are already made, you're just looking for the option you decided on before and pick it.

It's just a matter of experience and knowing what your options are. The players that have great RTA times have hundreds of hours in a run.
You don't need to know every build, though. You just need to know one build well enough.
And there's no prerequisite for doing an RTA run. You can just go for it whenever you think it's fun.

I'd probably recommend ares. the base damage of the shield is low so you can either do doom attack/merciful end or do blade rifts stuff and like hunting blades

Try positioning yourself so that the bull and you are on one side of the pillars and the d-bag is on the other side. Use the pillars to avoid the spear. When the bull strikes, he first does a sweeping one if you’re in front of him or on the side and too close. After this, all you have to do is literally dash through him and he will jump to where you dashed from. Rinse and repeat and constantly stack up backstabs. And make sure there’s a pillar between you and the spear, if not, be ready for the purple icon and dash away as soon as you see you’re being targeted. Don’t overcommit on killing the bull if you’re taking free damage.
