Exit Wounds is actually not a big factor in good Poseidon Aspect builds except in boss fights.
You'd want to focus on Casts that can lodge, though, with that aspect. I wrote a guide for Cast builds generally. Might be of some help: #h1-builds-and-combat message

Casts have excellent pom scaling and Poseidon Aspect has an inherent multiplier to that damage.

and also my reasoning is why bother debuffing the enemies (and the debuff doesnt even make your spins do more damage) when i can buff myself with achilles
