chaos shield is interesting. It feels less powerful for me anyway, but get the stuff going and it actually becomes pretty good. As a blind player, it's my go to aspect for shield since Beowulf is a bit too clunky for my taste.
Most gods that inflict status works, and Zeus on the special too. Hm now I wonder if Artemis with Hunters mark could be a viable idea.

Aphro could work, but I think literally any other god that can benefit from multiple enemies being cursed is better. Then Zeus for the ... actually Zeus on special wouldn't be too good because of the cooldown. But Demeter, Dio and Ares could definitely work.
Heh I suppose if you've got Aphro already you could go Artemis on attack, hope for a double strike hammer and then hope you get the Aphro Art duo

It might also be that Chaos Shield got nerfed at a certain point a bit, so it's no longer as insane as prior prophecies may claim

Nemesis is probably the best first pick, since it's well-rounded

It’s up to your playstyle, Nemesis is your typical sword meanwhile Poseidon is a cast weapon usually, both are great picks

K so, the potential in Poseidon comes from dislodge, while as Nemicis comes from the crit. So outside picking it based on playstyle, Poseidon's main thing comes at lvl 1, the added cast damage is just a bonus.
Tell you though, if you can play Poseidon sword it annihilates things sooooo hard.

I think the spear blade of Guan spinning through the air is the coolest thing ever.
That, the Rama special and exploding orbs on Lucifer are my three favourite moves, without considering other things like ease of use, strength, viability etc.

It’s why you need practice to do it, you have to have good knowledge of the first 2 phases to minimize the dmg you take, and he also spawns minibosses instead of just normal enemies, so it’s a learning curve, and as Nyaanyaa said other pacts can be the real problem like FO2 HL5 or TD3

The spin is too slow to use on most bosses without Quick Spin. I’d generally ignore it outside of when enemies are spawning in normal rooms. Special and dash strike is gonna be your best source of damage. Look for charged skewer, serrated point, breaching skewer in that order of priority. Nyaa has a guide on Guan Yu, you may want to check that out.
