Very IMO, but it's situational. If you're causing lots of smaller hits then a good PP causes a lot more crits. And combine with Hunter's Mark it means lots of things get marked for more crit damage. I rarely pass up an Epic PP.

ya get em by giving a buncha nectar and then one ambrosia to either meg, than, skelly, dusa, or achilles also requiring doing some favor from them. and you can use them during a run to usually do a buncha damage to an enemy and have a limited amount of charges. up to 5

Pierced Butterfly is bad because it doesn't give enough DPS over other options to be worth taking even if you do a run entirely hitless. You can take a couple god keepsakes for a way stronger build and then switch to something like the Acorn for survivability and never have to worry about never getting hit.

I mean it's true that the keepsake is not very good relative to other options... even if you do a run entirely hitless, it gets outclassed just by the fact you have very little control over your build.
If you can do a run hitless, you can take Skull Earring with SD, revive once in the first chamber, and then have way better DPS for the rest of the run than Pierced Butterfly can give you.

All the hidden aspects require you to play differently. Beowulf & Rama are incredible once you get used to them. Arthur is a lot of fun and pretty strong. The others are more difficult to handle but definitely usable.

With Rama, one way you can go is get Zeus on the Special and Special spam like it is the primary fire on the rail gun. This is not the way to clear high heat with Rama but it is an easy to setup workable build for low heat.
