So, I can't really use any weapons outside the Bow and the Rail because repeatedly pressing attack makes my forearm muscle hurt, especially during prolonged battles. Having the Flurry attack variant solves this but I wish there was a way to just keep attacking by holding attack button

For certain character dialogue though, just better to kill yourself and start a new run if you're hunting specific dialogue

Although can't blame you for say, Chaos/run specific characters

Big issue with the RNG manipulation for dialogue of characters such as Sisyphus though I believe is that the manipulation also affects what rooms show up, so I don't think you can manip their dialogue without also needing to certify getting their room
