I think Hades is Fire/Steel since he's also the god of underground metals iirc. Also Heatran. He has a "tertiary" Dark type since he sort of got it after he took control of the underworld, idk how it interacts with his 2 base types. Zag was born Fire/Grass but the ritual to revive him sort of burned off the Grass type and replaced it with Dark. Artemis is Grass/Poison since people put poison in arrows. Poseidon can be water/ground since he sort of rules over islands too, I think

i thought abt fighting type for Ares but i think i usually associate fighting type with more like.. unarmed, "rough" combat, i guess? whereas the portrayal of Ares in Hades feels more like "sleek" fighting. i almost feel like he'd work as dark/steel? to represent weapons and also give him a link to Athena's steel, since they kinda parallel each other
like in Pokemon a lot of fighting stuff is martial arts-inspired

dionysis psychic -> he's not just poison, his 'poison' stuff is also closely related to spirit and socialization, which i think psychic is the best fit for.
demeter grass bc she does bring warmth back to the world at the end of the story, it's still part of who she is/was
