The in-game rules for "boonless" are that you can't have any purgable boons when you defeat Hades. So you can have any number of unpurgable boons, but if you have any purgable ones, you can't get the "100% Olympian-Free" run clear message.
There's also special dialogue if you get to Hades boonless.

Retrash has the most high heat aspect WRs. Tailesque was the first to get 60 Heat but is tied with ykc and damue (as of today) for high heat WR. Baj has the high heat WR in seeded at 64 Heat (that's max heat) and gotten very close to beating Hades at 61 Heat unseeded a number of times now.

Hadesprofessor has the third most high heat WRs after Retrash and Tailesque, has a 57 win, and has 36 submissions on the high heat leaderboard that are 50+.
So.. the best is any one out of those.
Oh, and ykc has the speedrun WR for 50 Heat in 10:16.

We don't have plans to launch Hades on other platforms at the moment though we appreciate your interest and haven't ruled anything out for the future. Right now our focus is on bringing Hades to PlayStation and Xbox, coming on August 13.

i think hades is a story-driven game and when the narrative is done and additional content no longer serves it, then there isn't much purpose in additional content. i havent played dead cells so i can't compare to that ? but Terraria for example is just a whole different boat, there is no story there that the game and its content has to support

Sure, but we don't sort by IGT or RTA, and you'd have to enter your time under "notes" if you so wish. It's deliberately not a speedrun leaderboard. Slow but steady is just as valid a strategy as going fast if that's how you do it.

The Charon fight counts as another possible exit. You're essentially skipping the other chambers that you're seeing now.
You can be thrown directly into a miniboss fight. No idea about trials.

First of all, base damage doesn't matter as you want to be pomming the cast as much as possible. Second of all, trippy uses stygian soul which means you get 1 cast to start rather than 3
And third, flood flare's benefit isn't the high damage, it's the easy access to mirage shot
Trippy is still a top 3 flare though, don't feel discouraged from using it
