If you play on a TV, see if you have something like a gaming mode to skip all the post-processing that TVs do to improve the image. That should reduce input lag a whole lot and help with reactions.

i would say it largely amounts to there being a difference in supergiant's and a player's idea of "this difficult task should be an achievement" over "this difficult task is a reward in itself if the player chooses to pursue it"

also worth noting that supergiant did have data all through early access on the weapons players used, boons chosen and heat levels achieved, so what they saw in their data likely had a hand in influencing this decision.

All in all, I trust supergiant and their judgement on this. Still think getting all achievement is feels a bit on the easier side but guess the third statue/all prophecies is still something one can do it they feel like it, and I really do!

When you get to the final phase you should play extra careful, whenever you see hades begin an attack dash away, in the first phase you can deal with the laser attack normally, dash behind him as he shoots lasers, but in the second phase you should hide behind the two rocks on the left and right side, when he spawns pots you should use a cast or a dash to destroy them, make sure you have something like athena's dash and make sure you don't dash attack, or you can use a call like poseidon or athena's call

I need to vent. I've been trying to get an optimal blade dash build for about a week now. In order to do so, I need 3 specific hermes boons. And the only way to get three hermes boons is to win the 50/50 in the styx shop and get a hermes instead of an anvil. So far, I've managed to get 4 different runs to styx for which all I needed for an optimal build was the last hermes boon. And in all 4 of these runs, I got an anvil

Once you have two hermes boons, you can't get a third from normal encounters. The only way to get one is through the shop. Maybe its possible to enter styx with 1 hermes boon and roll multiple styx rooms into hermes? I've never tried.

Titan blood can also be used to upgrade any aspect in order to make it more effective.

My personal strategy when spending titan blood was to unlock everything, then focus on upgrading only the aspects I liked to use

unlocking everything gets you back 15 (IIRC) titan blood from prophecies so it isn't as expensive as it seems

It isn't very difficult to do, you just need to be a bit disciplined in the first couple floors and make sure you use Golden Touch
