I don't think there's a lot you can do wrong with Demeter fists. Both attack and special hit a lot so they make good use of proc-on-hit stuff (bolts, hangover, crit). Both have good DOT so they good use of damage %

I guess avoid Poseidon on attack or special is all I got.

you can get ares attack and athena special, and then you'll have a chance of being offered the duo

if you get athena dash then it goes from somewhat inconsistent to very strong i think

since you can attack someone and dash through them to trigger the doom instantly

Hey y'all, I'm working on a concept for a mod (If this is the wrong place or even server to put this, please let me know) and I'm rather stumped for traps to place in an area I'm calling "Sub-Olympus" for now.

Basically Olympus is filled with all of this opulent buildings and Sub-Olympus is a less gaudy version of that where minor gods reside.

I've got three trap types in Olympus so far: a statue of Daedalus that'll smash you, a circle of smite that periodically gets struck by lightning, and a cannon that you can attack to cause it to shoot a big cannon ball.

So what would be a good set of traps for a lesser version of Olympus? As in, something more archaic or ineffective?

keep in mind i play on no heat, but this was first time playing fist and i never felt the game being so easy

i tried sword a couple of times did not do very well

on hades etc i just sit on him and spam, sure i take abit mroe damage but may damage output is insane

I've really thought about that, but I feel like that could really ruin flow. In Hades the only time you're stopping entirely when you take damage is when you get petrified, which doesn't happen very often at all. I feel like having pitfalls would get really annoying.

Since you use things centered around Greater Gods, maybe we could employ some lesser known gods's architecture in here as a trap? I admittedly do not know much about greek mythology so I can't really give an example, but this is all that i could come up with, sorry ^^"

Also, I was thinking about using Shadow's idea and adding a medieval twist on it with murder holes. Instead of falling clouds, it would be a quick column of hot tar that would be on a visible timer. It would basically fall on top of the player, but it wouldn't move once it fell.

So that leaves one more, which I'd really like to use a lesser god for...
