two halves of not dying during bossfights are 1) dodging and 2) dps. dodging is obvious, you need to really feel and learn their attacks and buildups to those attacks so you know the rhythm of the fight. a high dps makes it easier for them to change phases and die quicker

dont worry about dying repeatedly, it's part of the fun of learning how to play the game

rocket special is one of the best to put on eris because it massively reduces launch time for the special

whereas without it you have to wait for the stupidly long missile thing to launch up then back down, with rockets you can just aim at a wall and stand near it to immediately get the bonus

Pour all your resources into Aphro cast until it's level 6
Run Demeter for attack for privileged status, your choice of dash boon (Poseidon/Athena) and then run Artemis or Ares
Load casts up into bow for most of your damage, use the demeter attack for privileged status
