Rarity has higher base stats and will have better stats on lvl up so its better to go for rarity.
That's crazy, I suppose it has no cap since this is a roguelike game.
Hunter's Mark might have a limit tho, I got it to 92% on my last run and I assume it'd stop at 100%.

It comes with time, I guess it would help to pick a call early-ish in the run and if you're struggling to build it in time during the trial of gods: tank some damage when there's one enemy remaining if you're comfortable in your ability to dodge/avoid damage.

So there is no runner attempting it.

i did the exact same thing as you
your saves are stored in your documents folder, completely exclusive to the game's steam location
i was so happy to find that out
you also get every achievement
none are blocked or anything, it's just some are only given as you do the thing
i.e. use a greater call (it doesn't carry over constantly--you're given the achievement when you use it)
