it works really well because the damage comes from a lot of fast small hits rather than one large hit so when the first hit hits you the invulnerabilty blocks the rest of the damage

i've def ended styx in boss tunnels so that theory doesnt hold. the only stipulation is that you must go through a minimum of 7 encounters before it has a chance to spawn
its literally coded to not spawn in the first tunnel so it was probably second tunnel 0:
i dont think theres any kind of patterning or way to track it, it really is just random. though i think it tends to be weighted toward earlier tunnels (2-3), but of course there will always be a chance to not get it until later tunnels (4-5)

At a certain point in the game when I have a lot of blessings, I am having problems with visual pollution, especially in the blessings of Poseidon and Demeter. Sometimes I get lost and I can't find myself.
The solution that comes to mind is to put a vibrant color aura around the main character's design. Or smooth the animations.
