Simply increasing the amount of options from 3 to 4 or 5 might decrease the RNG with boons selected and make it feel much better

Tier 1 really should just be attack/special/dash/cast/call. Call can be much rarer than the others, but having so many utility boons in tier 1 is terrible. Attack/special/dash/cast is four slots, and if a playthrough contains four (non-chaos non-hermes) gods, then each of them can prioritize filling (or refilling) one of those four slots (even if it sometimes offers replacement boons).
It's still random, and helps prevent things like "your bow is doing -100% damage of what it should be doing, because we don't want to offer you a special boon. Because -100% damage is very noticeable."

I just rushed through the styx (as elysium I was actually running out of time there, since I decided to visit chaos and up the number of enemies per encounter)
styx was suprisingly going well considering I had already quite the heavy hitting boons against the wall
so no one could really live long enough in the chambers due to how small the space is.
but then again, this is kind of just 8 heat

Raging Rush is basically a teleport that you can't control. And the damage buff is just 2 strikes, which doesn't work well with dash attack / normal attack.
But it's way to dangerous to charge a spin attack after an uncontrollable teleport

So you can farm a small quantity from that, and once you go through all weapons you’ll have to depend on the titan blood purchable and etc.

Well for me, the poseidon aspect on the sword did me well for a while, but that was before the winter update
so idk how strong a cast build on the sword is
I'd say a point in that is probably the most bang for your buck if you're super limited
Because it unlocks an entirely new playstyle for the sword

Also, if you buy something try it out on skelly and then quit and reload if you dont like it.

@brave spade well like AquaOnion said, it depends on your play style. what weapons do you like? for myself, i spent my titan blood on zag shield (+10% damage reduction, was +15% damage reduction before the nerft though) and chiron bow (+7 homing special shots once tagged with main attack) that's about 5+15 / 16 titan blood spent.
