idk about those boss suggestions (swapping out bosses) i feel those bosses have a purpose and not just there to be there, they're chosen because canonically, they were actually there

the issue with the theseus and minotaur fight is that they have patterns that are really easy to learn so fighting them gets samey after a while.
i dont think changing the patterns would fix the problem because theseus is designed to compliment asterius' patterns so drastic changes on that front would run counter to the boss.
so the obvious solution would be to add thematically appropriate heroes to the arena fight which i think was the goal at one point, but was cut when scope inevitably got reduced when they realized the limitations of their budget and team.

and it's AoE, fires quickly, and embeds the cast gem so you get boiling blood

So, does anyone else find chariots to be a bit busted? Mostly just the fact that they track incredibly hard, and hit multiple times per charge. I just lost a run because of 2 or 3 simultaneous armoured chariots spawning. They ate through two of my death defiance’s in just a few moments. I think I avoided this in the past by taking the broken spear tip trinket, so I’m wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences
I think giving them a more easily avoided attack pattern would help make them a bit more in line with the rest of elysium’s enemies. Or at least making them stop attacking after they hit you like Asterius does.

@brisk trail yeah, controllers are very very hard for me, because there's more than one kind of input it expects me to do even though it's through one device. Unlike a keyboard where it's basically only the same kind of button, in easily recognizable places

yeah, and controllers and consoles still make me nervous just due to years and years and years of being bad with them, so I'm happily limited to to a small group of PC games that do not involve the mouse, though I can bumble my way through games where using the mouse is absolutely necessary too if I love the game enough (see: all previous works from SGG)
it's just about finding good workarounds, in those cases

You've got Budget Limits turn on on the Pact.
The only Greater Calls that upgrade in duration is Athena's.

So far my biggest problem is in the Elysium enemies and boss.

I went with bow and sword, reached there like 2 times each, but either shield enemies or boss with the butterflies projectiles are killing me lol
Poison is good.
I also used spear, shield and gun but not feeling as confident with them.
They are good, but each weapon is for specific stage with enemies in my opinion.
