The other thing you can farm Ambrosia for (since it was asked) is of course if you have Dionysus's Premium Vintage boon (which increases your max hp when you find Ambrosia)
And you can always trade it at the broker for the house of hades if you're forced to take it.

Choice against Artemis in Trial of the Goods with +30% Frenzy will be my personal nightmare, she literally annihilated me. Around 5-6 green circles hunted me at once in pretty small room plus on top they cast almost immediately.

It's not only Frenzy. The amount of enemies also affects the god-fury effects. And if there are 50% more enmies, it's 50% more green rooms following you.
