as for the second aiming seems to turn around in some situation I suspect the controller input is not deadzoned enough (a stick position is very noisey at the center so you get fluctuating and inaccurate readings close to the center of the stick so you tend to ignore those)

as if the game detected my char inside the wall

A standardized in game timer is a big thing for speedrunning. Means you don't need someone to make a perfect IGT script, and you don't need to arbitrarily decide when the timer starts / ends since the game does it for you
