My guess is it shouldn't mess anything gameplay wise but visually glitch out if you could get a bounty or not

My favorite Chiron build is Heartbreak Strike + Drunken Flourish
Gets Privileged Status easily, you can get the Low Tolerance Duo (gets you more Hangover stacks), and if you add Artemis on Cast, and maybe Pressure Points and Hunter's Mark, their triple Duo synergy is amazing with Heart Rend (Crits do more to Weak enemies, and Splitting Headache, (adds Crit chance to enemies with Hangover), you could also add Ares' Curse of Vengeance and go for Curse of Nausea (Hangover deals damage faster)
Though I don't think I've ever gotten the whole build going because of Underworld Customs

Genuinely, cast builds are more viable than special builds on bow excluding Rama

There are two or three strategies for zagreus bow I am aware of.
- ZAP, with artemis attack, poseidon dash (and zeus cast or special, or call, just to open lightning rod)
- shackle start, then either keep shackle if you don't see a strong attack along the way
- (mainly high heat) artemis attack/cast or aphrodite attack start

For hammers, twin shot and whichever one gives +150% damage to nearby foes are generally instant takes
Triple shot as well, but twin shot is often preferable

on zag bow triple explosive is hammer pref (same for all non hiddens) for rama its twin shot perfect
triple over twin is just because you tend to play right up next to the enemy over rama where you care more about line ups with shared suffering

Seeds don’t really work that way
your seed gets altered by a bunch of tiny things you do in a run so you might have the first few rooms be the same but as soon as you smash an extra pot or have an extra cast stone hit the ground you’re now off track

We do not know what the starting seed on it was (the run is unseeded), figuring that out using a RouteFinder tool would take weeks if not longer. Besides, the seed changes throughout the run as shackle mentioned, it takes a lot of skill to accurately recreate a run exactly using a route.
A much more common approach to mod the game to make certain parts of the run no longer RNG-heavy, which is what the hades speedrunning modpack does. And yes, to answer your question, there are two unmodded unseeded zeus shield clearers (one among them being angel), an unmodded unseeded rama clear (by playad) and about a dozen people who've done it modded. (and an old unmodded seeded 64 clear by baj).

also it doesn't have to be dash + special at the same time, as long as special is pressed during the dash you'll do a dash upper

It depends on the build and the heat. If you have doom on special for Talos or Gilgamesh, it works great since you open a lot of combos with special/dadh-upper, but for Demeter, you'll be specialing at unknown times during enemies' health bars and the delay might suck

there's no time limit, the limit is just after 4 attacks the buff wears off
the limit doesn't refresh if you raging rush again, so you have to make sure it's always up

4 dio minicalls at common (lvl 1) is 2400 damage total single target damage(against say Hades), but each minicall can rack up stacks on multiple enemies to do that damage to multiple targets
and the hangover stacks will charge your call gauge back up after the call is over
so you can get a pretty significant amount of your call gauge back from the hangover stacks inflicted by the call

Only works with casts that lodge the bloodstones into the opponents (so not Trippy Shot, Slicing Shot, or Crystal Beam) which will be indicated by the stone beside their health bar
