Keepsakes are meant to be swapped throughout the run and changed based on the weapon/build you're playing, there isn't one that beats all the rest. But yea aside from the things you mentioned that's mostly it. The rest comes down to your skills and knowledge of the game mechanics.

extreme measures one and two dont really do much to the fights once you get used to them (at first they can feel pretty scary), the easiest condition in general to put on is timer bc its additive between regions ex: if you have tight deadline 2 and leave tart with 3 minutes remaining you then have 10 minutes to clear asphodel also it only ticks your hp down by five for every second gone over the timer

I heard on a youtube video that the game starts lagging when save files become filled with too many runs, around where do you start noticing this? I've noticed when I first boot up a hades save in the middle of a run, it tends to lag a little on room load, but that smooths out after a few rooms

but you’re going to end up short on titans blood if you only get your blood from bounties

on the whole it really depends on the weapon but easy ground rules are
+% bonuses go on harder slower strikes and specials like bow strike or sword special
flat damage (zeus ares dio) work best on faster attacks like fists strike and rail strike

Tidal dash is always amazing damage, blade dash is a decent ish runner up, and divine dash is just pure defensive power

How do I treat standing-striking-itus?

Start dash-striking when you use bow. Dash striking on bow acts just like a regular strike, but it charges 50% faster, and deals 66% of the base damage.
This allows bow to play far more aggressively, thanks to increased mobility and decreased gaps in damage. Dash strikes also benefit from dash-strike damage boosts, sourced from Artemis's Hunter Dash, and Chaos's Lunge boons, allowing for even higher damage scaling. When you wrap everything up, you end up with a safer, faster, and higher damaging package than what you had before, and this is usually sufficient treatment for 95% of standing-striking-itus sufferers.

Ask yourself:

• is there a boon being offered? If so, am I looking for boons from said god?
• will I have enough money (>=150) for the next shop, whenever that is? When could next shop be (13/23/35, and midshops)?
• do I currently have a "pauper's" Chaos curse?
• if a pom is next-door, do I immediately need poms enough at this time to take that over the money? What boons would I want to pom most?

Also some extra situational awareness and build-knowledge is required, but if you start asking yourself these questions any time you encounter a major obol reward you should have some idea what to do.

No. Trials take a while because many enemies spawn, and are very swingy when it comes to how dangerous they are depending on the angered god and the enemies that appear. Also keep in mind trials can not offer duoboons, only legendaries.

Because hell mode starts you with 5 you get the bounties cap increased to 25 heat vs normal mode's 20

That skill is nice but not needed for duos

Tips for duo hunting
-don't open unnecessary duos
-fill out your cores (attack/special/cast/dash)
-buy yarn of ariadne/refreshing nectar from charon wells/eurydice (they give a +10% to duos)

Chaos's favor boon also gives +10%

If you have boon rerolls unlocked you can also buy fated keys from the contractor so keys give more rerolls

Oh and close your god pool asap

Cast builds can be insane yeah

If you don't know how to build them you have 3 choices really
-just have the default one for boiling blood (mirror)
-take random cast for opening a duo
-some have more utility than others

Athena's has nice aoe and deflect/poseidon can clear styx with ease/zeus has decent aoe and dmg

If you ever want a win with X weapon but don't like playing it you can always just do a cast build lol

For hangover chiron you can take dio's cast and see if you get his legendary

I just picked Aspect of Chiron for a bow run and somehow used Flurryshot + Doom attack whole run. Got offered a special dmg boon along with Doom attack but i didnt like it and since then never got offered another special boon 😂
