Anvil is one of the few things in game where buying it doesn’t lock you out of quiting the run and reentering

and you’ll re-enter at the start of the room with the same seed

So you can push the rng value of the seed by one by having a cast stone hit the ground, summoning, breaking pots

and take the anvil and get a new anvil outcome

It’s best used to ditch a bad hammer instead of aiming for hammers to gain

If you time your strikes properly you can do a standing strike out of dash, and keep your standing strike combo, but it’s still arthur in the end

there's this cool thing about god of war difficulty names that i didn't understand until i played hades
in the first game, the hardest difficulty is god, pretty obvious
in the second game, the hardest difficulty is titan, because you're actually killing the gods
in the third game the hardest difficulty is called chaos. first time playing, i had no idea what the point was, but after meeting chaos in hades i realize it just went a generation higher with each game 😂

there can only be 3 fake bobs so if you see them, just smash as soon you see something

You'll higher your odds of seeing your hammer earlier by using Dark Foresight since hammers are a gold laurel. The first hammer has a tendency to not show up until later so you can have runs where your first hammer is in Elysium and you never see your second, so try not to skip it.

i did 32 beo first try, it doesn't even need that

and clockets is bugged bc cluster bomb normally reduces your bombs damage by like... 30%? by some amount
if you take rocket bomb, it bypasses that damage reducation so you get the full damage

the knockback is super negligible

it's only relevant if you hit an enemy at the very edge of the first cast

then you'll miss the following bursts

arty cast radius is also small as hell, and the crit rate is relatively low
