@timber wind Saw your post in #h2-feedback. Once you know a couple of tricks, fishing in Hades I becomes super easy. The biggest thing is to ignore the bobber as much as possible. Don't even look at it. Look slightly above it and wait for the white flash to appear there. Only react to the flash, NOT the bobber itself. The other thing to note is that a bite will always occur within a couple of seconds of either the start of fishing, or the last nibble. If it has been more than a couple of seconds since the start of fishing or a nibble, you know that the next time the bobber moves, it will be a nibble, NOT a bite. Also, iirc, the max nibbles is three, so if you've gotten three nibbles, you are about to get a bite within the next couple of seconds.

you have to do a favor for sisyphus, orpheus, and eurydice. for sisyphus, get 6 hearts with him then just wait it out, same thing for orphy and eury. you should get divided by death pretty soon after that. its really tedious, but worth it

Hades doesn't resemble Terraria or Hollow Knight much at all except for being a real-time game. I'd say it's most similar to a roguelite Bastion, but I'm not sure if that comparison helps. Maybe a roguelite Diablo without the clicky combat?
