but as a general rule of thumb, you usually want to be dashstriking

the common pattern is to use it at the midboss in all biomes (tartarus, asphodel, elysium, styx) and heroes, and then sometimes you swap one for the final fight

or yeah you get the well item

but if you struggle with the witches circle, I'd recommend trying it ! It's easy to do, and really makes the fight much easier

I've been thinking about the Mirror of Night

And how many skills are objectively worse than the other option

And I had some ideas on how to change these skills to make them as good as their counterparts

Here's my initial ideas

Fiery Presence: Deal +x% damage when striking multiple foes with a single attack or special.
(10% damage per rank, 5 ranks, for +50% bonus damage)

Abyssal Blood: Foes take damage over time while they have bloodstones in them, x damage per second. This damage is affected by increases to cast damage.
(2 damage per rank, 5 ranks, for 10 damage per second)

Ruthless Reflex: When dodging a foe just before getting hit, your dash instantly recovers, and you gain +50% damage for two seconds.

High Confidence: Deal +x% damage. If you take damage, this effect deactivates for the rest of the encounter.
(5% damage per rank, 5 ranks, for +25% bonus damage)

Makes the bedroom prettier. Adds a few sidequest elements and statistic-checking thingies. You can start trading whenever, but be conservative and don't trade off all your ambrosia, especially if you have high levels of relationships with multiple characters and especially especially if said characters aren't always encountered in the house or in the underworld

1 is generally pretty free, 2 is fine most of the time
