And Zeus Shield is basically the only relevant pick for 60+ Heat, which is relevant maybe for a handful of players in the whole world though.

You're trying to interpret that rule a lot more specifically than it's written.
We need to have evidence that proves to any reasonable person that the run was doing in a single attempt. So yes, exiting to undo errors isn't allowed.
Beyond that, I deliberately didn't specify what constitutes reasonable evidence so as for the rule to be broadly applicable.
If you wish to submit a run, make a continuous video of the run as I outlined above that. If there are any accidents in the recording but the whole run was one single attempt, you can contact me or Tailesque and we'll look into whether the video you have of it is good enough as evidence.

As one example, I was asked previously by someone if they can stop/pause the recording when they take a break and continue the recording later when they play again. This depends entirely on whether we can still judge that it is clearly the same run.
For example, if you enter a chamber and immediately pause without moving and pause the recording and later continue from there... This is not clear evidence because it's too easy to stitch together recordings from different attempts in this way.
But if the pause instead was in the middle of combat, this would most likely be good enough evidence for us because you couldn't just stitch together multiple attempts like that.
