cf2 means no buying early hp/boons. buying a boon in tart midshop can guarantee a god in your god pool that you need. even if you dont get anything, less combat chambers is just always going to be safer and faster. unless the other reward is absolutely worth getting at that moment, then it's generally just better to always go into shop

If you start, Special, pretty much the same thing but look for Lightning Strike or Drunken Strike on Attack. Or Curse of Agony if it's high rarity.

It's not at fast but honestly it's a pretty good build on Malphon. Quick access to Smair and Life Affirmation, you have Weak, Heartbreak Strike single-target DPS is also comparable to Lightning Strike and Curse of Agony on Malphon. And while Lightning Strike scales with Static Discharge, you can get that on Zeus' Aid and Smair, too.
