I have this thing we call Bullseyes, it's basically a piece of buttered bread with a small hole cut out of the middle that we fry an egg in. Best cooked with the egg runny, so you can just cut up the (optionally salted) toast and dip it into the egg.

Cupping is a method for roasters and baristas to find out how specific bag of beans taste. It gets rid of trial and error when making an espresso or filter coffee. Usually, a cupping session can take at least 3 types of coffee beans to taste. On that day, my friend brought 4 types of coffee to taste.
