Help! One of my friends in a separate discord was asking how to play overwatch. i said why can't you just play the game and figure it out. you don't need (person who plays alot of overwatch) to spoonfeed you information. she said aka (person who plays alot of overwatch) shut up you got masters on the switch version and was happy about it unlike me who is diamond because i actually have skill unlike you who just brings people down so you look better. i make a backhanded remark that went something like wow, you watch 101 facts about overwatch and now you're a god. then she BANNED me from the discord server. and it doesn't look like she will be unbanning me soon. she has dms set to server mates and friends. so the only people i have are the people in the server who don't hate me. and uh that's about it. and how many people are that. a grand total of 1. most people on the server are her friends not mine so this is a hard mission. i want you guys to assess who is in the right and decide whether or not you want to help me. sorry for poor grammar, writing in a hurry. since i am banned from the server i can't go word for word message by message so you have to trust that i'm giving you all the info and not trying to make me look better.

I personally don’t see the advantage if Celsius in daily life. Fahrenheit is more precise without getting into decimals, which immediately gives it an advantage using integers, which are what most people consider basic numbers.

Between the freezing and boiling point of water, only one is encountered often.

Essentially, 0 degrees Fahrenheit is very cold, and 100 degrees Fahrenheit is very hot, and both can be encountered.

With Celsius, 0 is very cold, and 100 is “you will die now”, and 100 degrees Celsius is an unreasonable temperature for Earth’s natural biomes.

That’s why I think Fahrenheit makes more sense for humans in day-to-day life. But, as our societies grow increasingly educated and literate, it may prove more effective to use water’s boiling and freezing points at sea level as references.

Should also add that, because everyone else uses metric, it’d be easier if America would just switch over, too. What’s best in a void isn’t always the best in context.

This is related to a conversation that took place earlier in another channel, but I did some research, and, apparently, once you get to your third cousin, you’re basically unrelated. im trying sfc /scannow to fix the problems
