This is super random, but I'm taking a class on mythology currently in college and wanted to potentially incorporate some themes/ideas from Hades in my final paper for the class. Would anyone happen to have any juicy topics or differences that the game has from the original mythos to pitch? I know Zagreus is almost synonymous with Dionysus in the original myth, but not sure of any other stand-out differences

@fast forge i live near German's boundary, I kinda like this language and to me it's feel easier and less frustrating to learn at decent level (b1/b1+) than further elevate my English (B2+/c1/specs eng) altho improves my English would be financially more beneficial than learn German.

Imho, German has quite easy grammar structure and consistent pronunciation (I look at you English and your damned "Pacific ocean"), In the Polish language there also "gender noun" (not 1:1 term but similar) and reaction conjugation - so as concept level - it's easier to me to understand than, as example, English short articles (a, an, some, many, any, the and so on).

French is definitely more useful here. Latin is unusable unless you're already interested in other languages (well, Romanesque languages). it's not lack of education. i think it's about translating sounds in your mind to writing and how diligent you are.

i'm an esl speaker and never made those mistakes, in like 25 years of writing english, until recently. it actually coincided with me starting to take adhd meds and being less anxious about being "correct" in everything.

(or maybe i'm just getting old and my brain function decreases, which would also not be about education)

Strictly speaking, German has no fixed word order except that the finite verb of the predicate comes second place in main clauses and last place in subclauses.
