i'm sorry you had to deal with people who didn't believe you. i think self-dx is useful for when you can't get a diagnosis for your condition because it allows you to find community and resources that you don't otherwise have access to.

2:1:1/2 ration water:lemon juice:simple syrup. i do 4 cups water, 2 cups lemon juice (about 10 or 12 lemons i think) and 1 cup simple syrup. the simple syrup is made by boiling 1 cup water 1 cup sugar for a few minutes. you can add fresh rosemary, mint, or sage to the syrup to infuse it, or you can add it to the lemonade for a stronger flavor by blending a handful of herb(s) of choice, then straining out the leftover herb pulp.

A Complaint:
Windows 11 doesn't natively let me change the location of the start bar anymore.
This is usually not actually that big of an issue, but sometimes I'd arrange it so my computer thinks my two monitors are one on top of the other and move the start bar out of the way so I could take >1080p screen snips of documents and stuff.
