they're very good all the skulls are, even Hel is pretty damn good IMO

Hel is a buildwise finicky one but the new update I think more people will try new builds

skulls at mid to high fear have high skill ceiling but high potential

vs Mel Staff is just great and easier to use because Staff has a busted combat loop so Mel Staff has the most max fear clears

but for Surface max fear not a ton, some Trick Knives, couple Mel Staffs, some Skulls, Morrigan, a couple coats

only one max fear dream dive was mel staff

i'm having a busted day 65 fear mel skull first 65 surface clear and now a 62 Mel Blades clear just trying stuff out hit Trick Knives on then opening hammer and hera special/aprho cast/apollo rush and took heph rare volcanic strike for attack never got it pommed but 6 second cooldown is fine when you're mainly just dash strike special spam then can throw in extra blasts if timing is right, got dancing knives second. easy clear just like pan trick knives altho Pan felt more busted

Where she’s going out on her own “run.” And you don’t get any boons, but you have super high base power on her attack and special, and also a ton of HP. But you have to go through like double the rooms for each reason, since she always complains about getting lost

the best part of xinth's kit is its dash attack, which is weak but hits several times

your regular dash attack does 10 damage per 3 hits

with reaper frame? thats doubling your dash attack damage, whereas siege only increases it by 30%

on top of that, the increase to base damage to your regular attacks is roughly even on average

seige being a bit more variable hit to hit

wave strike knocks that all out of the park, dealing an incredible amount of damage per hit and having flat scaling with poms, for 3 activations per dash attack, and if you get exhaust riser, that goes up to 6

Gale is the best for most weapons fully upgraded

Raki for Circe

Hecuba if you need the magick

Frinos for Nergal

at highest levels of fear its almost always Gale, Frinos for Nergal, Raki or Gale for Circe, Raki better leash damage like way better but you lose safety

but low fear its less needed to go gale

but his dodge and blocks are huge

but like magick intensive weapon like Momus/Eos/Shiva maybe go Hecuba

and Frinos+Strength for Nergal always just a good combo

Yeah most weapons are fun to use honestly I just really don't like the coat in it's entirety and the Anubis staff

Morigan blades are fun too but I've heard that people don't really like them for some reason

and 62f 20 aspects all aspects buf axes i dont get along with axes besides nergal i do decent (mid fear i was great with charon but it falls off very high fear) and maybe a couple short of a dozen 62f surface clears different aspects
