Yes. I've got region 1 Tartarus and Chronos had less HP

They do adjust the enemies' health and the damage they do, but the basic gist of the region remains the same as in the normal game, which means that if you get Tartarus early on, you're kind of screwed for boons unless you take a bunch of side rooms

And because you don't know which region you'll get dropped into next when you're picking keepsakes in the post-boss room, you may not necessarily be able to gamble with full information when it comes to things with limited duration like Experimental Hammer and Lion's Fang

anyhow, I'm not sure about these dream dive runs, you play through 4 out of all 8 regions, chosen randomly
my first one was mourning fields, and it was pretty rough at 20 fear (which is what I had set before the update)
but then the final one was Ephyra and it was a complete faceroll
the update notes say there's some scaling, but it's not that significant, it feels
so fighting unrivaled cerb with an incomplete build is pretty awful

You can still get other prophecies while dream diving. At the end, it's still 4 areas and 4 bosses

But once you hit 45+ when grit, hoards, scars3, and pain go on eventually, everything compounds and you need to get stronger builds faster and play more efficiently

Bad patterns. If you’re more adaptable than you are good at following patterns then rivals Scylla is easier than chronos and vice versa

They function very differently and are different for very different reasons

There’s a lot of randomness with ||chronos appearing||
