Playing Hogwarts Legacy for a few hours directly after Hades 2 has made me really appreciate Hades 2 for not being full of time wasting modern AAA stuff. You constantly need to go through multiple animated UIs designed for consoles while holding down keys or the mouse button for several seconds to actually click on anything, to protect the dumbest possible people from accidentally clicking on something.

Essentially, please never 'modernize' Hades 2 in design. It's so much nicer to just play. I was a bit iffy about not being able to scroll out the edges of the Hades 2 seed selection to wrap the screen, but compared to HL it's downright smooth and efficient.

So to make a long story short; Mel Staff is a bit reliant on certain combos (Aphro Special + Huntress + Dual Moonshot), but these combos aren’t as difficult to obtain as some other weapons, and the build up and peak are really good regardless.

• Plasma being capped really sucks
• even when it wasn't capped plasma is a "Get legendary" check or its useless
• Wounds are actually cool, its just a shame its a vector for plasma wish they went more into the minicrit design
