IMO, NJ + VV + aquila + Anchorage + Duca/shimakaze + jintsu/Juneau

Strong PvP fleets that makes you restart if you have bad luck. Duca nuclear sea mines are very dangerous. I saw from 7k to 9k of DMG just for touch one of those.

Still, that's what makes fun the game. Nuclear ducas, inmortal NJs, or those fleet that have weak ship but that just make you wait a lot of time, like the ones with Hiryuu.
