Should you reroll?
No, cube (gacha currency) income isn’t frontloaded, so rerolling is significantly more tedious. There are also very few ships to roll for in the permanent pools that will provide a significant advantage in the early game.

The only time you should consider rerolling is if there’s an Ultra Rare event running right as you start.

after that she is 80% iirc
so maybe ppl who dont mind rng will use her but most ppl prefer 100% stop/slow

and yes if u use a stopper of any kind and use CV with them switching to converging torpedeos makes sense vs single targets

the best stoppers are implacable, Lexii* and nakhimov
but only implacable is 100% pure unconditional stop

Lexii needs AA debuffer (+ i think 1 USS ship? not sure)
and nakhimov needs slow (ideally moskva for perma stop)

AvP also good with fate simulation 5 but she does low dmg compared to UR ships

so is eldridge but both of these not ideal with converging TB since even with the slow u can miss

They preload that onto all research ships regardless of if they have one or not so 1) they give players who do want to save up for FS the option to do so and 2) so they don't have to go back and add it in every time a ship gets a fate sim
