I had similar issues just recently, could've sworn I bound my account but there was no trace of it left after about 3 years of away time. Contacted support and they helped me, I think the most significant impact in the assistance was sharing all purchase related receipts to the account
Other than that I was only able to provide my user name but not my UID, I think that had very little impact
They were very quick to respond, the issue was essentially resolved in a day

Running into an interesting bug, makes a large portion of the game unavailable. Seems I have a fleet stuck in a loop of some sort. I have a fleet in combat on hard stage 8-4. The boss fleet has been defeated; however, attack time has been exceeded. It will not let me claim rewards, retreat from combat or by trying to attempt another stage. Any ideas how to get around this one or is logging out and back in the best option here?

Well, I've tried the following (now I'm unsure whether this is allowed to mention here on this server but):
Creating a US Google Play account, whilst connected to VPN. Added my card to the account (even though it's from a different country and has nothing to do with US) and I can also see "Item not available in your country" whilst in game.
I'm unsure if there's any other option left to do that I haven't done now or if I missed some part
I think I'll try adding like $5 to the US account for Play Store and see if I can do it that way, so reporting back with an update, when I get some time

Oh yup, I found my old iPhone 6 that is up to date still and checked AppStore. Ironically, AL is available in this country through iOS, but not through Google Play, so previously I had to resort to sideloading it
So yeah, I believe using iOS and linking a card that way will resolve my whaling
AL is also available here in HK, even on the AppStore, it's just that it's the Taiwan CN version, not the EN version.
The same thing applies for the PlayStore, anyways, it works, downloaded the game with another region, switched it back to HK and add a payment method.

I play in HK, but EN version, and as of late purchases were locked as the PlayStore detected I am playing the EN version that doesn't exist here in the HK PlayStore (Same for a friend of mine who plays the JP version in Malaysia, and Malaysia uses EN).
Set up my phone, selected the AppStore region to Malaysia as there is an EN version on it there, downloaded the game, get it all updated. I did try to set up my card information when my region is selected to "Malaysia" but I guess there were some complications as my card is HK based.
Changed my region back to HK, add my card info, and voila.
If there is a forced update via the AppStore, I might have to change my region back to Malaysia to update, I bet.
Other than that, this seems to be the only workaround for those encountering this problem.
And I think this does apply to apps on the Google PlayStore that has region specific apps

you CANT go over 600k its the limit and you cant even get gold because game will not let you take any rewards containing it

I won't consider you as "screwed" if you already have the EN version installed, well if there is a forced update via the PlayStore, then yes, you are screwed. The same can be said if you spend regularly.

Swapping connections won't solve the problem. If they all have issues. Also 5g and 4g doesn't really matter because it still goes through the same dns server of the ISP.

@outer herald his issue has got nothing related with "gems purchase" which could simply be solved by buying more gems, telling him to ya know, have a bank of gems at all cost ain't gonna help.
GooglePlay as of late blocked purchases for apps that doesn't exist in the region they are in.
Well I didn't know that certain regions were blocked of global though, the only other way would be a VPN but I'm not sure if that could work or not myself

Dunno if it'll help but you can only delete an account, not write over it. As long as you've binded your old account, you can play on a new one if you want. If your old account wasn't binded, it would've been lost but not deleted.
I recently opened up a bank acc. One of the first things I did was buy the 40$ 2x gem pack. It charged me, but I never received the gems. Would I need to talk to my bank, Apple customer support, or yostar to get this situated?
when this happened to me i contacted cs, they asked me to send them the receipt and i got the gems next day. if you got charged go to cs first, not the bank

Most of the time it helps me when I disable mobile data and then turn it back on
Whilst the loading screen is still up
If you are on WLAN do the same disable it and turn back on

Hello, maybe some1's ask before me but i didnt find it. So i will ask, how i can clear or debug my game when that happend? My game freeze at this moment and wont unfreeze after more than 10min waiting. I tryed with another fleet and it happens again. It happen on "Module Development Lv.75". So i cant clear it (retryed with both fleet like 2-3 times but still same issue)

thats just bad rng, and lots of player have it in regards to rainbow prints
from personal experience yostar doesnt autologin
personally i would redownload the app, login using yostar, then press this button on the server select to find the server you used to play on
Oops sorry to inform, but when I try to press yostar account TODAY it actually asked me to insert the account so I got it back :D
The app keeps crashing and restarting, doesn't get to the login screen cause it crashes before that. I'm on mobile, samsung s10e

Chibi models of listed characters have issue with facial animation. Face details (eyes and cheeks) have visible white background instead of transparent.
can you find azur lane in the play store? I tried opening vietnamese play store and it doesn't appear
arknights is also missing so that's probably why play store is not letting you pay

looks like you can't use google based payment methods
if you have a credit/debit card, you can use external sites to top-up
EN accounts shouldn't have regions so it should work

you should be fine now but a mandatory update will screw you over, I suggest using a 3rd party app store to make sure you can update when the devs issue a mandatory update

i figured out the file directory of the voice/bgm data here→ /Android/Data/com.YoStarEN/AzurLane/files/AssetBundles/cue
but sadly cannot tell which one is the 'azur lane~!' login voice data
i noticed they have "Azur Lane!" voice for every character in here https://algwiki.moe/ thus giving me this idea
My game is up to 12.71GB. It sat at 9.5GB for a while then that mandatory update earlier this year increased it by 2GB. Ever since it’ll increase ever so often.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
Edit: A couple minutes later, it went up to 12.72.
Also, I’ve looked around and haven’t found a fix for this. I’ve tried uninstalling them reinstalling and repairing the game, neither worked.
