if you're looking to beat campaign content with these then you could take cat/s with Flame Aggression (+3% dmg dealt by your fleet) and Mountain's Tenacity (-3% dmg taken for your fleet)
if you don't have these, then cats with CV talents are good on these since they buff CV/Ls.

aimed torps are mainly for operation siren boss fights where getting your carriers to sync their airstrikes with a freeze/slow support (so they can actually manage to not whiff 99% of their payload) is a feasable idea while parallel torps are more for campaign due to the fact that you're often desyncing your airstrikes and that setting up a slow isnt pratical
