keeping your aim on the ghost and using your wasd keys to move around the table. Just try to keep on the opposite side of it

and try not to use sprint. I barely use sprint when looping if at all

u really only use sprint if its getting close to get more distance. But only short bursts of sprint to avoid running out

Moving around is pretty easy and just control ur sprinting for the long sides of the table

I normally do woodwind because the table makes the ghost go back and forth when u move side to side

What you can do is turn off grace period and adjust some settings to get more value, then turn sanity drain down.
Also, learning to manage your sanity is a good skill. So, standing in lit rooms, getting stuff into the ghost rooms quickly etc etc

turnt out to be an Onryo which was allowed to hunt with candles lit > I checked that the hallway wasn't actually 2 rooms and it hunted from one with the candle in the other, it hunted in the hallway with candles lit in the hallway

The ghost has to walk after stepping in the salt. Sometimes you’ll hear the salt disturbance but there are no footsteps following that disturbance, so no UV. If you hear the footsteps following, then you should get UV if it’s a ghost trait (and you’re on 3 evidence) unless it’s an Obake.

I was playing the challenge mode all night and would get the 2 pieces of evidence and would start to narrow down the ghost to its traits but seemingly every time we eliminated a ghost based on a trait it ended up being that ghost anyways. For example the Deogen not having its fog or the Hantu not shapeshifting. Is this normal for nightmare mode? Was I just missing something?

If the ghost is nearby while the motion detector is in ur hand, the ghost will be attracted. If u place down the motion sensor when the ghost is far away, then no it wouldnt attract the ghost. Motion sensor is considered an electronic.

Also Hantu doesn't shapeshift. It gives breath. Obake is the shifter
