There are a lot of things that can be mistaken as a ghost orb but if you caught a video of it actually being ghost orbs and the camera recognized it as such that would be odd but we couldn't say what happened either way

Can anyone clarify yurei door mechanism for me? I just watched insym explain that he leaves the door cracked at 45 degrees to test for yurei which is confusing me. As far as I know yurei can only fully open or close a door, never partial, so I would think the strategy would be to leave it at fully open to see if it partially closed it , but he’s putting them all at 45

Is it that the ghost can only touch a door if it can fully open it from a fully closed position? Like it requires 90 degrees of movement, and won’t touch it if it can only move it halfway

I have questions, I don’t understand how is LoS work and can’t tell difference between LoS and non LoS ghosts.

Line of Sight (LoS) refers to ghosts that gradually speed up the longer they see you.

To tell if a ghost has LoS, you'd need to let it see you for a couple/few seconds to tell if it's getting faster.

Hantu, Thaye, Deo, and Rev have no LoS mechanic. Dayan, Raiju, and Jinn have conditions that override their LoS (especially Dayan)

Freezing is the only evidence that requires the ghost to actually be in a specific area.For a long enough period of time. Everything else with the exception of orbs , is an interaction. It is frustrating how long it can take for the ghost to sit in the room long enough to get freezing

My best advice is to leave a thermometer inside and just outside the room and constantly keep checking it

Alternatively, you can eliminate what evidence you should have gotten by now

But that's a little bit more big brain

If your settings are not saving in the game after clicking APPLY - and you have the “optimize game automatically” option in Nvidia App turned OFF picture of the nvidia settings panel - load into a contract and adjust them there.
