Yes, it does, but only if you’re not at 0 % sanity

There’re few rooms to where ghost can’t event, if the nearest player in there

1. You lose everything you bring on a contract if you die (not including starter set)
2. If a non-hunting Gallu walks through salt, it will become enraged 2 seconds after it steps in, and will not step in salt again until weakened

note that there is some multiplayer desync with gallu from what i've heard

also important to mention it will work only if it was in normal state. If it was weakened, then it will just be in normal and still gonna be able to step on salt

Gallu has a cycle of states. There are 3 states in total:

1. Normal state (the game always starts from this state)
2. Enraged state — always follows the normal state
3. Weakened state — follows the enraged state

To change the ghost from the normal state to the enraged state, it must be triggered in one of three ways:

• salt
• incense
• crucifix
  If at least one of these triggers is used, the ghost enters the enraged state and stops stepping on salt

To remove the enraged state and transition the ghost to the weakened state, the ghost must finish a hunt naturally.
This means the ghost has to start a hunt and end it without burning a cruci

After completing such a hunt, the ghost enters the weakened state
In this state, it steps on salt again and behaves exactly the same as it does in the normal state
The only difference is that after the weakened state, the ghost returns to the normal state instead of becoming enraged

Thus, Gallu has a continuous state cycle:
normal -> enraged -> weakened -> normal

Fun fact, phantoms roam to the player and leave an emf at their location as their ability. Kinda freaky how much they do it. They often do it like once per minute and sometimes literally spend more time out of their ghost room than in them.

Even cooler phantom fact, if you stand just outside the front door the phantom will roam to the front door. Ghosts with similar abilities like wraith teleport or banshee roams don't do this. (I read that from someone here)

Something like that I think. Was running back through training. Got to the ghost orbs, and recorded it as a video clip thing. The door hadn’t unlocked in time yet, and it wouldn’t register orbs in the camera again after.

It’s why I called it more a ‘soft lock’ instead of just a bug.

The farm house is also silly because the auto lights outside count as they come on. Ghost turns on light you didn't know yer up to at least 4 or more. A player or ghost goes outside hits auto lights trips breaker

Hey y'all, got a question on Nell's Diner lockers. So if the lockers aren't usable, I've noticed they simply can't be opened at all compared to other maps that just have their insides blocked. Is this intentional (I assume to prevent using them as a semi-hiding spot still) or a bug

Depends on the difficulty if they are the same lockers as other maps.

If you have a difficulty that takes away from hiding spots they’ll be blocked off somehow.

I use Proton-GE so that I can communicate with cursed items that uses voice. For the lobby, I found this command in Reddit: SteamDeck=1 %command%. Click the settings icon then Properties, then General tab and copy and paste the command in the empty. So far it works for me.

It can hunt frim anywhere out of the room event and roam just can’t change ghost rooms to test if ur on no evidence keep the light on in that room see if it leaves and in 1 evidence or 2 use dots and a camera stand outside ghost room and look for dots only on camera

Phasmo. Demonolpgist was a quick cash grab. Super rushed. Then dropped by devs once released. Its grindy. All ghosts are basically the same. No real way to survive hunts. And its all scripted events which gets very very old very quick

Most phasmo clones miss the entire point of why phasmo stays popular. Its not the graphics. Its not the scares themselves (even though the random events helps). Its the puzzle aspect. The fact every ghost is truly unique and can be identified and acts fully different from others. Plus so much rng upon rng upon rng

There is a ton of rng upon rng upon rng.
Rng for roaming. Rng for ghost type, name, model fav room. Rng for interactions, along with rng for hunts and events. Its all within parameters based in what the ghost is. Plus there is secret "characteristic" stats it rolls at begining of a round that also more refine the rng personality of a ghost.
