You need to go to the shop and buy the tier 2 upgrade. Then, in the equipment loadouts, you can choose to have either the tier 1 or tier 2 loaded on to the van. Your flashlight will be whichever tier you have chosen in your loadout, but the only way to mix and match is by having someone else put in the van the different tier equipment

it's better to use "Phasmophobia in VR" because you don't need steamvr since you're already using quest link

"Phasmophobia in VR" runs on openxr, which connects directly to your vr headset (through the Quest Link app) without using steamvr. this improves performance because steamvr is not running.

2 things. First, knowledge of the game makes the scary parts go down. I’ll give more info on that in a sec.

I suggest going in to a custom match (you might not be able to set it up but your friends might). Turn player speed up to 150% and give yourself infinite sprint. Then set the ghost speed to 50%. The go in to a map and let it hunt. I believe you’ll be able to outrun any ghost, and you can desensitize yourself a little.

The knowledge part: over half/most ghosts can’t hunt until your sanity is 50. So, knowing when you’ll be in average hunting range, grab a smudge and a lighter. As soon as you walk in to a contract, look for actual hiding spots so you have a plan on where to run when a hunt starts
