playing a game right now, evidence i have: UV, ghost writing, and freezing temps. that should be a demon, BUT had both crucifixes in ghost room and both were burned. weakness of a demon is they fear a crucifix and will be less active near one, been getting alot of activity, even fake hunts. the door will close but not lock, but the ghost will chase. im thinking mimic, what do you guys think?

So the ghost has to touch the door to leave UV. It'll last a while there, but UV from salt is very short. You need to hear the ghost's footsteps after stepping in salt and then check pretty much right away. If you just notice that the salt was stepped in and check, they're prolly already gone.

If there's any question of checking the right door, use an EMF to confirm

I...know. I don't mean to be rude, but I have 900 hours in the game. We checked everything several times, that's why I was so confused, because it should NOT have been possible for it to not leave UV at least once.

That's why I assumed it was a bug of some kind

Obake probably. Obake hides UV sometimes, and Goryo hides dots unless everyone's out of the room. Film it from the van. But since Goryo has UV, I'm betting Obake

Like I said, it was a Goryo. We checked for UV 5 times at least, with salt as well, and I checked the settings, there's a 100% chance for UV, so my bet is on the bug
